I had a package delivered to the property. It was received by Hilton however was not logged in and the Hotel lost the package or it was stolen . I have proof of delivery which I have sent to the General Manager. I have written twice to the General Manager and have not had the courtesy of a response. I find this very unsettling and upsetting as I am a Hilton Honors Member. I still await a response and will continue writing until the matter is resolved.
First of: Staff at front desk have a real bad attitude. She could have said “we don’t care” instead of that poor attitude
To start of, the breakfast. To hand out vouchers that don’t cover a full breakfast is just sad. What ever combo we pick the vouchers didn’t cover it if we wanted something to drink to breakfast.
2: The hard boiled Poached eggs was a failing thing this morning. Sure we got new but at that time we already finish and did it want to sit there for it’s so freezing
3: everywhere is cold here and in the room (327) the fan is making such noice so we could not sleep in. But hey, who have the time to sleep in when the neighbors have a Cuban party in the room untill 3:30 am and after several complaining they shut up. After we called we still had to knock in the walls for another hour to make them give up.
We’ve would been cool with them if it wasn’t that front desk called us to let us know someone’s car had a window down (not ours) and the call came in 06:30 on Saturday morning. So sleeping is not good here.
Then we have housekeeping…
The mini fridge was so cold so one of our coke’s exploded due to it froze. We asked to get the fried cleaned. She didn’t
We had food in bed. The super spicy wings that didn’t come with any warning and the BLT sandwich that was with burger dressing, missing bacon and was a burgers. Dry as fugg so totally un eatable and you don’t mess with the classics, at least not in the Hilton name.
