Room is new

Hôtel très bien placé. Excellent accueil. Chambre fonctionnelle, propre et confortable. Petit déjeuner varié et bon. Le restaurant de l’hôtel Le Piano est excellent également. Le responsable, le serveur et la serveuse très accueillants, souriants . Cuisine goûteuse et copieuse. A conseiller sans hésitation.

Service au niveau. Les hôtes de réception serviable pendant la journée et même la nuit on a passer la nuit du jeudi 02 février. La demoiselle été très gentille et serviable bon courage pour toute l équipe Suite propre hotel simpa un problème de stationnement

Bon hôtel, bon accueil et sympathique. Chambre très bien et propre, seul bémol la porte de la douche ne s'ouvre pas correctement donc difficulté d'y entrer et sortir. Petit déjeuner correct.

Excellent accueil lorsque nous arrivez, après une journée bien chargée, vous pouvez vous relaxer. l'hotel est parfaitement situé en centre ville, avec des restaurants et bars !

Un hôtel digne d'un 5 étoiles. J'ai fais beaucoup d'hôtel a travers mes différents voyages et franchement cet hôtel est au détail. Ils vous assurent un accueil, un service, un professionnalisme incroyable, je n'ai rien trouvé à redire, des personnes très souriante, et à notre service. Je recommande vraiment si vous êtes de passage à Kénitra. Cet hôtel est très bien situé à 2 pas de la gare et du centre. Des équipes exceptionnelles, Un lieu très chic, moderne. Le restaurant vous offre une variété de cocktail et de plats suculents,un petit déjeuner varié et délicieux merci pour l'accueil et l'expérience. Je recommande +++++++

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen am Bahnhof. Es gibt viele Supermärkte und Restaurants in der der Umgebung. In der Nacht ist es ruhig.

Beautiful hotel at the top of the Downtown Street. Extremely nice and friendly doorman and front desk staff. Breakfast is not included. I they have a nice maid to order I'm at bar everything else was carbs with delicious pastries and cakes. Parking is a challenge. The hotel security blocks of several spaces reserved in front of the hotel for guests, but these fill up. After that, it may be a short walk to find parking. The rooms are high-quality. We love the bed and the couch! Use the door keycard to access the electricity in the room. If you take the door keycard out to go around town, your air conditioning goes off. Overall, we have stayed here twice and we would stay here again and again.

Overall, the hotel was fine. I asked for cleaning of shirts. However, the hotel did not provide the shirts on the time line they promised to do. Since I had to leave the next day, the front manager asked for my address. After weeks they told me via email, that they will not send the shirts. After two months, I am still in disussion to receive the shirts. Unbelievable!

I stayed there 3 times in July and august Staff were very nice and hotel is very clean All employees were very kind specially Bushra I will stay there next summer I recommend this hotel

Great stay from the beginning to the end! The room is very clean and modern. Same with the bathroom. The mattress was amazing as well as the bedding. I thought about getting it for my own place! If I had any complaints, it would only be that everything is very tight or tiny. I'm very flexible, but still had a hard time cleaning the beach sand from my legs in the shower. As long as you don't mind being tightly packed, this is a great place to stay! The breakfast in the morning was awesome! Eggs, sausage, all sorts of pastries and fruit. And don't forget the Moroccan tea! Poured from the very high up and splashing out across the table, perfectly done! We extended our stay from two nights to five nights because we liked this place so much! It's very close to the train station that serves Kenitra. It's at the top of the shopping row. All sorts of shopping down the road from here. Crazy driving in the Morrocan city traffic. The people working here are super friendly. Parking is on the street in front of the hotel. They have security watching things.
