Had such high hopes for this 5 star holiday but was deeply disappointed. When we arrived after travelling for 12 hours we found out that there was no welcome drink of snack and the kitchen was closed. Our room which was a duplex had an internal window from the bathroom and bedrooms/sitting area which no curtain !!! It’s not practical for your family to see you in the shower/ toilet, specially when you are sharing with teenage daughters ! I did report with and was fix but really this sort of thing shouldn’t happen. Our room was described as having a private hot tub, well this was not the case as it was connected with next door and we shared a large arch between them. We even had the children next door crossing over into ours! The is a massive shortage of sun loungers - I think there was around 25! Our room had such a small outside area that using the 2 loungers they had put there was impractical as you couldn’t get to the front door or hot tub. The breakfast was fine for the 1st 2 days but then very repetitive and the warm food was not that nice. On a positive side the bar staff were friendly enough but the reception staff where more interested in selling you spa treatments. The hotel was very clean. Also our room has a window very high up with no blind which made the room too bright from the shine rise which was not very relaxing as that was from around 5am! So was like sleeping with a main light on. Also jet 2 reps do not visit the hotel.
