房間很大很乾凈，空氣好，非常舒適。接送機出現小插曲，攜程管家滿意解決。出境還得用國內app找攜程放心貼心服務。

Perfect for me as I just needed a place to sleep for 1 night after arriving on a very late flight.

Stayed here because of my early flight. Beds are comfortable. Location is number 1. Easy access to the airport.

Unfortunately the free shuttle was not available when we arrived. Edwin was very apologetic about the unexpected issue. Once we arrived, Edwin was very friendly and accommodating. We discovered that some our belongings got wet and Edwin helped out out with letting us buy quarters for the dryer. The next morning, Michael was able to return us to the airport and dropped us off where we requested l. He was very personable and pleasant to talk with. We were only there for one night, but would definitely return if we were in the area again.

We loved the massive size of our room, cleanliness, quietness, and closeness to the airport. The young lady at the front desk was very generous with our check-out time after our flight was delayed and really made our day (and trip) so much better! 100% recommend,

No Shuttle to airport as advertised. 2 towels for 3 people. Hot water was marginal at best. Pizza was left in refrigerator that wasn't ours. Host looked more like a shuttle driver than manager. Was not friendly at all. Probably would would not return.

Clean property, good location although there wasnt a side walk to walk on. Took a while to check in, but the room was clean and only small blemishes. No hot water, only semi warm water. Overall a good nights sleep though.

The staff was very nice and it was very clean. The shuttle was on time and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay there again if in New Orleans again.

For the money, this hotel was not worth it and will definitely not stay here again! When I arrived no staff was at the desk, after waiting 15 minutes the staff arrived. She was nice and welcoming but after a day of traveling the last thing I want is a delay to get to my room and shower and what not. I got to my room and checked the matress as usual and it was dirty with staines! Bathroom smelled and the wood looked rigged with screws under the sink like a 1 star hotel. I expected nicer for $200 a night!. Oh and the toulet paper rolls are attached to the sink which isn't next to the toilet. Lol hopefully you have longer arms but a kid would need to get off the toilet to grab toilet paper. I needed to iron my suit for a funeral which is why i was in town and the iron was broken. I requested a new one and I was told to bring it down to the front desk. For the price, I expect staff to bring me a new iron and grab the old one. This hotel is trash, would not recommend.

Front desk staff was rude and unhelpful when asked questions. Do not count on the shuttle!! The rooms were clean, bed comfy and shower felt amazing. Good location for somewhere to eat close by. The hotel does offer parking for airport, $15 a day. However, the SHUTTLE that is offered for free never showed after 4 calls when arrived back from trip. The staff was rude when called, continued to say 10 minutes. After waiting an hour and 45 minutes, a Uber finally had to take me to my car at the hotel. No shuttle ever showed!!

This reservation was booked well in advance through ******* and yesterday I even confirmed with someone via messaging that we would be arriving late when inquiring about shuttle services. I was reassured that if there wasn't a shuttle available because of our late arrival we would be compensated for us having to pay for a taxi. In this correspondence we were never told that our room would not be held. (please see the attached screen shots of this conversation). We traveled all the way from Seattle Washington for a tournament my daughter is participating in, so please imagine how upset we all were to find that at nearly 1am there was not room available. To make matters worse that your sister hotel also had no rooms available. Mind you I am well aware of the confusion in this instance but we we had already found/paid and were nearly to our new hotel of choice via the taxi. NO WAY WERE WE GOING TO TRUST OR TURN AROUND TO GO TO THE SISTER HOTEL AFTER THE EXPERIENCE WE JUST HAD AT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT. We were tired, frustrated and pissed off of the situation especially knowing you were well aware of out late arrival. Not to mention the fact that ince we did land, I called specifically to request a shuttle and I was told by the receptionist that I would have to take a taxi for the reimbursement. Now that was two opportunities where I could have been told there was no room held for us. Never in my experience of traveling have I have encountered a situation like this.

Check in was smooth. Staff was friendly. Convenient shuttle to the airport. The driver was personable and friendly too.

dicen in room dining y es mentira, no hay servicio a la habitación de comida, hay que pedir que le hagan aseo porque no es diario sino a solicitud del huésped, cosa muy rara porque no es un airbnb. un dia pedi servicio de limpieza y nunca llego., el restaurante no funciona 24 horas al dia, bien ubicado si, pero de servicios muy regulares y eso que promocionan que tiene in room dining.

Super nice hotel near the airport with a shuttle to the airport. Nice bar and restaurant. Very clean room and facility.
