Clean, comfortable and easy access.

No me gustó q cuando cheque entrada la persona q estaba atendiendo no fue amable parecía q estaba enojada y el baño estaba muy sucio creo q hace tiempo no lavan bien la tina y en las paredes de la ducha había sangre.

My stay was lovely. Clean, fresh, comfortable. I didn’t rate excellent only because my pillows were flat. Breakfast was plentiful and a nice selection to choose from. Eggs could have been kept warmer but the bacon was amazing😀

There is a big problem with booking through a third party and not directly from the hotel! Booked a room for 2 adults and 4 small kids, requested 2 cribs, confirmation was made but after paying at the front desk, found out the room given would not allow even one crib for fire hazard and the hotel refused to change the room or refund my money. Tried to call customer service which says 24 hours but could not reach anyone! It was a very difficult stay for everyone!

Would have given 5 stars but you still have those flat as a pancake pillows. Otherwise great!

The staff was very helpful. Wish we were able to stream to the TV but there was a good selection of channels. The main lamp in our room was burnt out (I think) and they didn't have any maintenance staff o. Hand during the weekend but the other bed lamps were sufficient. Breakfast isn't served until 7am and that was too late for our appointments but overall I'd stay here again. Top marks for the staff and cleanliness.

Front desk was rude. I already submitted online the check in forms including credit card and a copy of drivers license. Paid the fees and got the message that I could just collect the key by showing the id. But front desk told they need the physical copy of the registration form and I need to fill in using the pen. When I asked why I have to redo this, she asked to check with the company and she is not responsible to answer me

Very good continental breakfast and dining room. Good towels and bathroom. Nice beds, but the pool was freezing.
