There is a big problem with booking through a third party and not directly from the hotel! Booked a room for 2 adults and 4 small kids, requested 2 cribs, confirmation was made but after paying at the front desk, found out the room given would not allow even one crib for fire hazard and the hotel refused to change the room or refund my money. Tried to call customer service which says 24 hours but could not reach anyone! It was a very difficult stay for everyone!
