Room had a bad smell, like air freshener that couldn’t hide the stench. I wouldn’t recommend this property at all.

Sat in lobby waiting to be able to check in for 20 minutes and then when we finally got to the room we saw a baby cockroach around the kitchen area. There was hair all in the bathroom too.

They charged me 200 dollars and said I took there microwave and it took a week to get back!!! The room never had a microwave!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Wood Spring Suites Extended Stay Hotel for a week-long Thanksgiving getaway with my family, and I must say it was an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, but one person in particular, Jill Ward, truly went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Jill Ward, the epitome of exceptional customer service, made our Thanksgiving week unforgettable. Her warm and welcoming demeanor immediately put us at ease, and she effortlessly ensured that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. From accommodating our requests to providing valuable local recommendations, Jill's attention to detail and genuine care truly stood out. The hotel itself was outstanding. The spacious and well-appointed rooms provided ample space for our family, and the comfortable beds ensured a restful night's sleep. The cleanliness and attention to detail were impeccable, making us feel right at home. Wood Spring Suites Extended Stay Hotel's amenities were equally impressive. The fully equipped kitchenette allowed us to prepare our Thanksgiving feast with ease, and the complimentary Wi-Fi kept us connected throughout our stay. The on-site laundry facilities were a convenient bonus, saving us time and effort. Moreover, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. Good to note that this property is not like a standard hotel, it is a place that people stay for longer than a few nights, sometimes even living there for months at a time. Because of this and their reasonable pricing, they are recovering from having unsavory individuals using their property for nefarious intents. They are working hard to revamp the property as a safe place for all. There were a few hiccups, phone disconnected and the beds not completely made, but overall was not terrible stay.

Very clean, people are nice. Know that when it says no-frills, they mean it. Very clean and new rooms.
