Holiday Inn 大急流城- 機場(Holiday Inn Grand Rapids - Airport)

A very nice, clean room. Excellent customer service, bar was cool as well.

It was good to have shuttle service that runs 24/7, however the service we received was not so welcoming. The driver (older Caucasian male) was not helpful with loading our luggage into the van. I had to insist that he loads the luggage into the trunk of the van for tips. We checked in room 208 at 2A.M. On 8/9/23 and found 2 of 3 dresser drawers jammed and damaged and not operable. I called the front desk and he said they were not aware of the condition but took notes so I would not be responsible for the damage. The front desk person was very helpful. In addition, the bathroom door is set incorrectly hence must use brute force to shut the bathroom door. Good luck to anyone needing any kind of privacy late at night.

The hotel staff was lovely to interact with. That said, the room wasn’t very clean, had a definite musty sweaty odor, stains on the walls, and the carpet was quite dirty. There were people running around yelling all night, and the area outside the pool and fitness centers up to the elevators was super wet and a definite tripping hazard.

Every time we visit Grand Rapids we stay at this Hotel. The location is perfect lots of restaurants and it’s near a mall. It’s very quiet and clean. The staff is incredible so friendly and welcoming. Just a really wonderful place to stay. I highly recommend it.

I’ve stayed here a couple times already and really like staying at this quiet location. It’s close to a mall and many other store and restaurants. The hotel is clean and updated. Staff is wonderful. Will come back.

Everything about this hotel was great with the exception of the optional breakfast for $15 , I’ve had way better free breakfast from most hotels! I wouldn’t recommend their breakfast for nothing even the coffee was gross

Everyone was nice and accommodating for our late check in. Then whilst walking to our room my Mother fell flat on her face after slipping in “something” on the floor. I immediately went to the front desk for help. They didn’t even have a wheelchair to assist my mother to our room. And there was NO wet floor sign anywhere insight. It was around 10am and I feel the whole situation was handled extremely poorly. I’m very disappointed in Holiday In and have learned a valuable lesson. Meanwhile…….I was r even offered a refund.

Had to switch rooms 272 the floor was soaking wet throughout. I was switched to 324 which was not clean the bathroom shower was dirty mini fridge had food spilled in it overall the stay was terrible. I wouldn't recommend this place.
