亞普拉奧斯灣酒店(Apraos Bay Hotel)

malgré certains commentaires négatifs, j'ai tenté l'expérience. Hôtel très bien situé, avec une superbe vue et belle piscine. Chambre correcte avec terrasse. Patron et personnel très agréable. De la simplicité. Je recommande cet établissement.

Albergo situato in una posizione strategica. Vicino a spiagge molto belle e ristoranti ottimi. L'albergo semplice ma pulito. Camere ben ventilate grazie anche alle doppie terrazze, pertanto l'aria condizionata non è servita. Il gestore e la signora, persone molto cordiali e simpatiche. In giardino parecchi gatti ma tutta l'isola ne è piena. Completamente soddisfatta.

What can myself and husband say maddie costas Alex we’re fantastic hosts made us feel welcome like family ,nothing was to much it was very clean amenities excellent. Thank you all for our perfect wonderful stay. Big thank you to maddie for looking after dennis when he was poorly and a big thank you to costas for the wonderful job of the pool. This hotel is a nice family run hotel it's is small size but the host are brilliant nothing too much trouble clean and tidy the breakfast is good but plain eggs ham and cheese same every day but the Sunday bbq was very good the viewers are great see views every room and pool is good so if you are looking for a nice quiet place then this is it the beach is over the road but can be cut off so need to go a lot further down the road first time I had been to corfu stayed a week

To sum it up......awful experience!! Where to start.....extremely rude owners who had zero customer service skills and no clue about how to talk to people! Rolled their eyes, huffed and puffed at every question we asked! Told to open doors and windows instead of using aircon even though the island has a bad wasp issue. The aircon remotes were even taken out of rooms. No fridges , tv or anything in rooms which were also extremely dated and bare. Owner barked at us that no food or drink could be consumed in the rooms unless purchased from them. Poolside bar.....not used and neither was there a bar person inside. You got a drink if you were lucky enough to catch one of them. Wifi only worked in dining area. No entertainment or music at all. The owners argued in front of the few guests they had. Wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone. Felt more like a prison.

From start to finish it wasn't a good experience. On arrival the owner came running out from the pool wrapped in a towel! Not very professional. We asked about aircon.....told to open the windows . The room itself was stiffling hot , mattress were the worst ever slept on. Most uncomfortable week of our lives. To be honest we weren't made to feel welcome, at one point we asked for help regarding transfers and eyes were rolled at us. The bank leading to the beach is definitely only suitable for fit and active people. The insects (which I know don't reflect the hotel itself) were horrendous! Wasps would not leave us alone. Even the pool area was hounded by them. The situation with the toilet and not flushing paper was very off-putting and flush itself was pitiful. Apraos bay itself is beautiful and the beach, sea etc stunning but there is nothing at all to do here and we spent most of our time in kassiopi. I wouldn't advise going.

Worst Holiday we have ever had in our life the owners Costa and wife where sooooo rude just want your money ! would definitely not recommend the Hotel with it’s absolutely horrible owners to my worse enemy don’t go

Awful hotel rude owners Don’t look after the cats they have , left a dead kitten out on the lawn Awful wasp problem , but they leave all doors open in the breakfast area for them to swarm all over the rubbish food they serve Fantastic scenery but that is al Unhelpful staff , dirty communal toilets Room extremely basic , uncomfortable beds , no tv , no tea or coffee unless you’re up for buying one behind the bar . Food they serve is awful and very limited . Pool is nice but doesn’t look anything like it’s advertised to be , very run down . Wouldn’t come again
