歐洲酒店及度假村(The Europe Hotel & Resort)

We stayed for two nights in a lake view room. From check in to departure the whole experience was top class. The hotel staff were attentive without being overbearing. Reception were so helpful in organising a small birthday surprise in the room. We ate in all the restaurants during our stay and tried the bar aswell. We were very well taken care of by Alberto, Jessica and Evan. The food in all the restaurants was excellent and the wine list is extensive. The gym is state of the art and the pool/thermal suite is stunning. We stayed there for hours. We didn’t use the spa but from what we could see it looked beautiful. I was skeptical prior to our stay as the other hotels we have stayed in in Killarney have been more hype than substance. The Europe is nothing like the other hotels in the area and that is the highest compliment I can give. It’s a really special gem of a hotel and we cannot wait to stay again!

Phenomenal hotel and without a doubt the best I have ever been to. Best staff I have ever encountered, best location, best facilities, it just has everything. I have been twice this year and would go back again tomorrow. I would say that the food is best in the fine dining restaurant and Riva and the brasserie, the food could be better if I am honest but that doesn’t take away from this being 5 star all the way.

We went to Riva this weekend, to celebrate our upcoming wedding. From start to finish we had the most incredible experience. Our waiter was Sergio (from Alicante 😊)! He was phenomenal!! He made sure we knew about the gluten free options, and that we had a fabulous glass of Prosecco to celebrate our evening!! He was so chatty and kind! The food was out of this world! We honestly had the best night and can't wait to come back again!! All of the waiters are wonderful here, but we really wanted to highlight how fantastic Sergio was!! 😌

Went to brassarie for family dinner, food and staff were nice enough except a lady who wasnt our server francesca i believe, was not helpful at all and was very rude and cold. Seemed quite stand offish and almost made us feel bad when we asked for simple things, made our experience feel not really like a 5 star service.

Das beste Hotel von Irland. Ausgezeichnete Küche, ob Frühstück oder Abendessen, es bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Alleine die Aussicht auf den See und die Berge sind eine Reise wert. Die Räumlichkeiten sind mit stilsicherer Eleganz ausgestattet, ohne übertrieben zu wirken. Selten habe ich so zuvorkommendes, höfliches und kompetentes Personal angetroffen. Ob Porter, Zimmerfrauen oder Mitarbeiter der Bar, der Brasserie oder des Panoramarestaurants, alle waren einfach Spitze. Wir, alle Hotel-und Restaurantbesitzer, kommen gerne im nä chsten chsten Jahr wieder

My partner treated me to a one night stay here as we both have never been and always wondered about it. I must say that both of us were blown away with the level of service and the amazing food, the beautifully manicured gardens and the gorgeous views of the Kerry mountains and last but not least, the spa was just unbelievable! Will not be our last time hopefully but really gorgeous hotel and you really feel welcomed and relaxed after your stay!

We visited the europe Hotel from the 14th to the 16th of February. This hotel has been a dream of ours for years and we finally decided to treat ourselves for our babymoon. When we arrived we went to the lounge which serves a smaller menu than the brasserie bar. I ordered a Mediterranean chicken ciabatta which was probably one of the worst sandwiches I've ever had. It consisted of a whole dry chicken breast, lettuce and some tomato puree. I ordered another option in the end which was 6 chicken nuggets which came to a cost of €13. You'd imagine a 5 star hotel would have a chef with more imagination than this but no this is all normal at the europe. On the first night we were were woken up out of our sleep due to building works that were going on above us. We could hear hammering and carpets being ripped up. Not what you want after paying so much for a stay! I made a complaint and was told I'd receive a phonecall. After 30 minutes passed I went down to find the manager myself and he gave us a room upgrade which was gorgeous and we had a perfect sleep on night 2 but still a major inconvenience that we had to pack all of our stuff to move to another room. We went to the riva Italian restaurant and I ordered the gambas con pan. It didn't state in the menu that there was chorizo in the dish which you can't eat when pregnant. This is a serious error in my opinion and it shows the lack of care from the chef. We waited 20 minutes to receive a dessert menu after asking for one but in the end they gave us dessert complimentary as the experience was so bad! Some good points were the hotel sent up some chocolate covered strawberries and chocolates for our babymoon, the spa and spa treatments were gorgeous and the brasserie restaurant at night was very good. In my opinion the hotel isn't worth the price point because the food and service isn't up to standard.

Spent two nights here in May in a room with a fab view of the lake. Spa was lovely had a treatment with Ashling the therapist . We ate in the brassiere and the food was nice and the staff were very friendly especially Stephan friendly and attentive . Breakfast is fab lots of choice the older lady working the hot grill at breakfast was so warm and friendly. Unfortunately I feel the reception staff are lacking a bit of warmth both in checkin and checkout they weren’t very very welcoming and the same at checkout didn’t even ask if we enjoyed are stay . waiting staff spa staff and cleaning staff all had a hello. Lovely relaxing visit though
