From beginning to end the service at The Ketch was awesome! My husband and I are local small business owners here in Ketchikan and were in need of a hotel stay at the last minute. The staff was amazingly prompt with their response to our inquiry, and they were able to accommodate us with a beautiful and clean room. We will definitely recommend The Ketch to our clients.

Off the beaten path of town, clean - well appointed rooms, some with ocean view! Laundry! Super cute bar! Amazing FOOD in the restaurant!! The best part? THE STAFF!! HOSPITALITY PLUS!! Just phenomenal people! A++++++++ Airport pickup/drop off. Right on the bus line, easy pick up for taxi. Eagles, Otters, Seals!! We stayed over 4th of July weekend. A great break from the 'rat race' of Vegas. So peaceful, pleasant and just gosh darn WONDERFUL!!

My husband and I have been in Ketchikan for a week and after staying at Clover Pass, which is absolutely amazing, we wanted to be closer to town to do some touristy things. I booked the Ketch Inn over 6 months ago, and what a DISAPPOINTMENT. It was advertised to have a restaurant and bar, and with us not having a car we thought it would have everything we need on site, boy were we wrong. The restaurant closed days before us arriving. We ended up spending over $60 for pizza to be delivered. The staff also was very rude when approached about letting customers know prior to a stay that amenities had changed. In addition, we were disappointed with the room which has no available ice, refrigerator, etc. there are much better places to stay in Ketchikan…. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Hailey, the manager, checked in before we got to Ketchikan so that she could arrange transportation to the Inn and made sure that we got to do what we wanted when we were in town. LJ, the shuttle driver, shared tips about getting the most out of our visit and was very pleasant. The room was comfortable and the area, beautiful.

The staff at the lodge were fantastic. Alex and Haley in the restaurant went above, and beyond service was outstanding. The food was great. The rooms were a little small but very clean and comfortable. Fishing was great for salmon didn’t go too well for halibut but Brent did a great job putting us on salmon. He was very patient and went the extra mile for the first timers in our group. Looking forward to fishing with him again. Overall experience was excellent

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant is unassuming, but very good. We had spectacular fishing for salmon and halibut. Staff recommendations were spot on for other activities. Service was really good, people were super friendly.

What a value! Don the manager is the best. He goes out of his way to make yoir stay a great time. He picked us up at the airport late and called the hotel restaurant to make sure they would serve food beyond the normal hours. The hotel location is ideal being near downtown, the airport, grocery stores, and their hotel marina. If you are planning a fishing trip it's a great place.

We had the most wonderful time at The Ketch! Great staff, beautiful rooms and good food! We will definitely return and stay here! Be sure to hit up the bar to eat- great drinks. My husband loved the oysters and fresh fish.

Everyone truly went out of their way to ensure we were cared for and comfortable. Friendly and very helpful staff, and a lovely place to stay and/or eat. If you're in Ketchikan and need a place to relax, enjoy beautiful scenery, and/or book fishing trips, this is where you should stay!!

hotel is substandard, front desk attempted good service, but most staff is in training, Restaurant middle class. Obviously, the management attempted to make as much money as possible. To have a soda, the restaurant was the only place. No fridge for any drinks were in the rooms, no ice machine was available in the hotel. Rooms are very small.

The staff here are amazing. We missed the start of our cruise and had to fly to Ketchikan last minute to meet it. Don and Whitney made us feel like our stay was supposed to be part of our vacation all along. The rooms are small but cutely decorated which was important because the weather was absolutely terrible. I definitely would recommend this little place to anyone visiting.

The management and staff were extraordinary...very accommodating, friendly, and professional. The bed and pillows were fantastic and very comfortable. I had fish and chips for dinner one night and it was the best I have ever had. Don, the manager, went above and beyond by providing shuttle rides into town. My experience at The Ketch warrants a five star review!!!!!!

Stopped in for lunch at the restaurant as the setting looked nice on the waterfront in the room that has some tables and a bar. Yes, nice location, but didn’t at all make up for the dismal quality of the lunch: thin watery, overly salty chowder in a TINY bowl. A miniscule portion, with barely any seafood either, mostly just watery broth. For the price of $12 for that ‘chowder’ and small package of oyster crackers, we felt completely ripped off and left very hungry with no decent lunch as it was not even enough for an appetizer.

The room is clean and fresh, people there are very nice and friendly and helpful. If I’m back to Ketchikan will stop at the ketch again and the foods from chef Jordan is really amazing. Very quick service as well
