The hotel is a NICE PLACE to stay, no problems with my room, lobby area is nice. The location is the problem (unless you have a car I guess) but it is too remote, so I would choose a hotel closer to shops/restaurants within walking distance. They are in the middle of nowhere plus, the hotel restaurant was closed in the evening during the New Years wknd, so that meant either DoorDash or Uber to and from a restaurant. Their small store in the hotel doesn't have a lot of good food options.

The singular point for you to understand is that your refrigerators are totally enclosed in a small built in cabinet. This cabinet does not provide for air circulation and so the compartment heats up as the refrigerator tried to cool down . It wastes energy and will likely result in your refrigerators being damaged as they overwork to try to cool in an ever hotter environment. The quick fix is to put louvered doors on the cabinets that enclose the refrigerator so the heat produced in their cooling process can dissipate instead of surrounding the refrigerators and making them harder and more energy consuming to cool. It's going to save you lots of money all around.

First the good. The hotel is well located, easily accessible by major roads, room is well appointed, breakfast and the staff there are fantastic. You can walk to the metro in 20 min. The bad, the housekeeping is terrible, had issue each days. One day they forgot altogether to do the room and pretended that was an 'eco' measure which it was not. Evening front desk staff including the manager were more trying to propagate this fiction than owning the issue at hand.

The room smelled little off. The carpet was wet. The outlets between the beds were making a humming sound. There was bed sheet and sock and other stuff were left by the previous guest which was not cleaned out. The main light in the corner was broken. I mentioned these things to the front desk, but the issues were not addressed.

I asked for fresh sheets and never received the. So i had to go downstairs to retrieve them myself. The room also DID NOT have ANY soap to shower with!!! I ended having to use hand soap which broke me out! Horrible stay!!!
