飯店更像是民宿，但只要廣告上是這樣就沒有什麼問題。對於能力較差的客戶的警告 - 所有房間都位於一樓/二樓/三樓，沒有電梯。如果您無法使用樓梯或提起行李箱，那麼這裡不適合您。 我們房間的套房不是最乾淨的。當我們到達時，垃圾箱還沒有被更換。每次我們進入房間時，即使是在打掃完客房之後，也有一股非常強烈的尿味。淋浴的排水很慢，所以每次我們淋浴時，托盤都充滿了水。 話雖如此，服務還是很棒的。工作人員很樂於助人——尤其是提供早餐服務的工作人員。我們最後一天還有另一位工作人員向我們提供了旅行信息，因為那天沒有從邱園出發的火車。

Unser Zimmer war nicht besonders groß aber hatte alles was es braucht. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Anbindung nach Central London ist durch die Tube Station Kew Gardens sehr gut. Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank an unsere nette Bedienung beim Frühstück!

Everything was just perfect. The 110 bus stops right at the front door, a member of staff came out to welcome us. We had a twin room, two floors up, nice and clean with very comfy beds. Good selection of drinks in the bar and good value evening meals and breakfast. Hope to come back again next year.

The place is simply beautiful Old style but keeping its charm. Loved it. Staff fantastic. Delicious meals and I would definately come back, location was great and the pub had perfect food. Loved the sea bass. We had the most wonderful stay thank you.

We stayed here for a short visit to London on our way to France. We chose the location because of its proximity to the Botanical Gardens in Kew. One of London’s finest gems. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted and helped up to our second floor room. The room was excellent, a nice comfortable king size bed, large bathroom and tea/coffee makings. The room was spotlessly clean and large. The hotel is connected to a wonderful pub, the pub and the hotel are called the “Kew Gardens Hotel.” The pub is sublime. The food is excellent. Our server was Naomi. She is happy, bright and incredibly charming. We will return to the Kew Gardens Hotel. And we will send our friends.

Evening meal whilst we stayed at hotel. Food was excellent, very well prepared and tasty. Service was prompt and friendly. Would definitely recommend. Blah blah 200 characters minimum is ridiculous hence this blah blah blah. If you want a nice meal go here.

Great location, very clean rooms, the secret garden at the back has amazing flower arrangements . Welcoming and friendly staff, attentive service, tasty food. Breakfast was fantastic. Good value for money! Will visit again if in the area.

Lovely hotel, Can not thank them enough for emergency booking as let down by another hotel, Really friendly and polite kindly gave us a free breakfast as could see how stressed we were at being let down by other hotel, Bar is warm and welcoming food was lovely and room was pleasant, Perfect location for Kew Gardens

The service is sometimes very slow but some days quick . The beds are soft and comfortable the food is very tasty.There are lots of options for you to choose from the staff are very friendly people on Sunday there is a kids table that you can do art and crafts.

We had room 1. Enter the room and there are three stairs down. Turn the corner and there are three stars up so you have a bit of luggage lugging. Why can't they just board it over? There are no hand rails so if your not as mobile as once you were going to the toilet at night is an accident waiting to happen, How much would it take to put up a couple of handrails? Similarly there are no grab rails in the bath. I had asked for a walk in shower but no one seem to know what that was. The other problem is its neighbour - Heathrow Airport. Starts up about 5.30 am and doesn't stop. I appreciate the hotel has no control over that but has nobody heard of double glazing. On the plus side the location was good being right by Kew Gardens station. The bed was comfortable and the bar and restaurant were fine.

Our family held the wake for our late Uncle at the hotel, and the staff really couldn’t have done more to help us and to make sure that we had everything we needed-the service was outstanding from absolutely everyone. The buffet was also lovely-and beautifully presented. We’d like to thank everyone at the hotel so much.

So not what they advertise.. spoilt my weekend .. the room 3 is a storage room .. bathroom tiny and in need of decorating.. Feels like a store room . Booked for two nights but will leave in the morning Feel like the website has misrepresented this hotel..

I invited 2 family members and their partners for a traditional Sunday lunch. What we got was was an extemely poor interpretation of an English Sunday lunch. Terrible service and it's all a rip off money making exercise for tourists who probably like the circus in the kitchens (definately not chefs) do not know what a proper Sunday lunch is. It's advertised that it comes with vegatables included, what we got is, one extremely (still crunchy) almost raw carrot cut in two, one over cooked soft potatoe cut in two, and one spoon full of cabage for £23. The starter took 40 minutes to arrive at our table, their excuse, "we baked the bread fresh!" Have they never heard of food prep? They make money on selling their veg in additional seperate portions and then whack more service charges ontop. Frankly it was awful and I left embarrased that took my guests there to eat. I advise anyone to go else where.

Perfect location if you don't want to stay in the city. Uber from Heathrow took 25 minutes and cost was 25 £. Bed was comfortable and shower as well. Quite good pub downstairs which actually does not disturb that much in the evenings. Close to railway and tube station. Quite tasty breakfast but nothing really special, 7 out of 10. If possible to choose, don't take rooms from first floor. Cleaners, who have their linen storage at first floor start cleaning at seven o'clock and during weekends latest eight o'clock chatting loudly in the hallway, banging fire doors in 30 seconds intervals and making all kinds other cleaning related noises. So if you plan to sleep well in the morning, forget it. It is mentioned at hotel brochure that cleaning starts at 10 o'clock, but obviously this is not the case. It should be also mentioned, that the flight path to Heathrow goes directly over the hotel at 1700 ft. so you can imagine the noise. For these two reasons, ear plugs are needed for decent sleep in the mornings. Also, it would be nice to see something else in the walls, than just the holes of removed things. Room #5 seemed to be in the middle of renovation which was not what I would expect from a room costing 110 £ per night...
