Overall it was a good resort. It was very clean, room was cleaned daily with new towels. Essentials were stocked in room every day. Great restaurants close by. Service by the bar was good. Water and a juice was available for free every day as well.
I would have given higher stars BUT be careful in the hot tub, the chemicals in there ruined my daughter’s and my bathing suits. Ugh

Llegando nos dieron una habitación diferente a la que rentamos, inicialmente, querían que pagáramos o $40 usd o $80 usd para cambiarnos …… después que demostramos lo que habíamos separado y pagado ( habitación con balcón ) nos dieron un cuarto que cumplía con todo, pero al inicio, muy mal encarado el de recepción , al final todo bien

The Reefhouse is CHARMING!! I have stayed at other resort in Key Largo, but the Reefhouse makes you feel closer to the Jimmy Buffet songs. The price was GREAT as well. The staff was amazing, super helpful and always wanting to make your stay the best. The sunsets off of the balconies were incredible. We sat in a rocking chair and enjoyed the ocean sunset with an intimate ambiance! Absolutely would recommend!!

Arrived 6/22/23. First day Toilet would not flush. Fixed and then it ran all night. AC was 19C and couldn't change. 2 bath towels and no face or hand towels left on 6/26 and 6/27. Called for replacement hairdryer for non working on 6/27our anniversary. Room never cleaned on 6/28. Very disappointed in this since the Reefhouse Resort and Marina in Key Largo is part of the Opal Chain of hotels.

We had a wonderful experience at the Reef House. Every staff member encountered, was delightful and eager to help! Our bartender, Carlos, was so fun to talk to, remembered our names, and our favorite orders. Tommy, the captain of our sunset cruise, was friendly and easy going; he shared interesting facts. The beach and pool erea were easily accessible, clean and secure. The bed/pillows were comfortable. Thank you!

The staff was pleasant, professional and helpful. The outdoor pool and beach were great areas to relax outside of our room. Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend the Reefhouse to anyone visiting The Keys.
