Everything was good. Very useful the shuttle for downtown.

Mukava ja alueen hintatasoon nähden edullinen. Aamupala neljä köyhä, mutta ok. Miinus tulee lähinnä kertakäyttöastioista aamupalalla ja siitä että henkilökunta päästi kahvin loppumaan. Kumpikaan ei kuitenkaan suositusta hotellista poista joten suosittelen. Kiva uima-allas alue ja kuljetukset keskustaan ja takaisin plussaa.

Quarto um pouco pequeno para 4 pessoas. Camas boas. Café da manhã no estilo continental, com boas opções. Piscina do hotel muito boa. Oferece translado para o centro de Key West e para praia. Porém o atendimento dos funcionários responsáveis pelo translado foi o ponto negativo da nossa experiência. Falta de educação e de empatia com os hóspedes. Outro ponto negativo, foi o não funcionamento do bar da piscina de acordo com o horário informado.

Did NOT get the opportunity to check-in due to an "act-of-nature"; bee swarms!!! Key Fire & Police Department vehicles cordoned off the entrance & parking lot. Effectively turned us away & UNABLE to check-in. Drove to Marathon & stayed with relatives. I want my money back!!! Very irate Michael Donahue

The room was very quiet and comfortable. Pool was fairly large and convenient. Plenty of chairs around the pool. The breakfast was a mini-buffet and kept well stocked. The shuttles were in decent condition and very convenient. Drivers drove safely. The front desk people were polite and informative. Easy check-in and check-out with no discrepancies.

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott in Key West, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to assist. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and maintained. The lobby exudes a sense of modern elegance and creates a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment to unwind after a day of exploring the island. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Every interaction was met with professionalism, courtesy, and a genuine desire to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. The front desk staff went above and beyond to provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and even helped me book a snorkeling excursion. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly set this hotel apart. The amenities at Fairfield Inn by Marriott Key West were top-notch. The pool area was beautifully landscaped, offering a tranquil oasis to soak up the sun and enjoy a refreshing swim. The complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every palate. The location of the hotel was ideal. It was conveniently situated near the heart of Key West.

The amenities were amazing. The staff was great, but the rooms did not compare to everything else . they do need to be updated the ACs need to work a little better, and for the price you would expect everything to be top-notch. The pullout couch bed definitely needs to be replaced. The couch is very worn and the queen beds are definitely not queens. They are full but you can overlook the room when you look at everything else the property has to offer breakfast was great, too, and transportation to the main areas was great and well added feature

Loved the pool area, water games and loungers/cabanas! The rooms are too small and the a/c terribly noisy :( Breakfast room: tables/floors weren't cleaned and there's old food stuck between ridges on tables pretty gross. Staff super friendly. Receptionists were pleasant but not professional l, couldnt answer basic questions.

We stayed 3 days, on arrival the bathtub was clogged and the shower handle was leaking (we told the front desk and they send someone to fix it) the room floor was extremely dirty, if you walk barefoot after one minute your feet were black (seriously)the breakfast was good the first two day on the third day they ran out of food or they can’t keep up with the refills, location is not the best, if you want to enjoy Duval St. Definitely you need to drive there, they offered a shuttle but we didn’t use it.

Property was decent overall. You can tell that it is an old property with recent upgrades. The rooms were nice and cozy and clean. But there were some small areas where no touch ups were made in terms of aesthetic upgrade. Nonetheless, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The pool accommodations, morning, breakfast, lobby, and rest of the facility was quite nice.

Me encanto todo desde el servicio, el personal muy atento, las habitaciones muy buenas con todo, excelente servicio, y el detalle de las paleticas en la piscina muy bueno, suerte y exitos!!
