至南海灘度假村旅館 - 限成人(The Guesthouses at Southernmost Beach Resort - Adults Only)

Hotel advertised a nice room with pleasant view. We should stay 2 nights in 2 rooms. We booked this because of the view including internet and breakfast. Price 650/night/room. We got two tiny rooms with more or less no window. No internet and at first no breakfast. We got this after complaining but not that easy. The rooms with unpleasant smell. We complained but answer just you got what you paid for. When arrived one of the toilets did not function. During our whole stay no internet in this part of the hotel. After one night one of the rooms was out of electricity also. Thay could not repair this during our stay. We should stay and celebrate our sons thirty birthday and do some work but more or less everything during the stay was not correct. If some positive than it must be the pool area.

We booked a balcony room at the Duval House, based on the photos and descriptions we thought we were booking a charming Bed and Breakfast with a small pool, when our taxi dropped us off, we were perplexed to learn it was a large resort. Turns out the Duval House is one small part of this sprawling resort campus. When we got to our room, we realized they moved us to a different building with no balcony. The room was generously sized and pretty, but there was no balcony. We were looking forward to having drinks and coffee outside our door. We contacted the front desk and were told we were “upgraded” and were apologized to for not being informed of our upgrade. We did run into another couple the next morning who said they were also booked to stay in the Duval House, but upon checking into their room they found it to be small, with a very noisy air conditioner, and the balcony view overlooked a parking lot. So it sounds like we were lucky to get upgraded. Mostly we just found this all strange because the resort didn’t appear to us as advertised, and we prefer staying at smaller accommodations and not large resorts. Pros Friendly staff Text-based concierge was responsive Small beach (can’t swim off of it, but pretty to look at) Beach bar Location is walkable to everything Cons 4 pm checkin Long wait to check in Door lock battery died, leaving us locked out of our room

Been bamboozled!!! Thought it was a cute little cottage instead it was a room in a very old house/bed and breakfast. Room was On the street side very noisy at night. Pillows are hard. No beach towels for the pool had ants in the bathroom. The hallways are very loud and you can hear your neighbors getting it on.

Horrible accommodations. Room like nothing descibed. Dark, dank and dreary (Avolon House). Will never stay there again.

The property was beautiful, clean, and conveniently located. The property was much larger than we imagined! The staff was also amazing! Everyone we spoke to was very friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!

Good location but not as advertised. Some creative marketing for sure. Under new management but this is not a traditional bed and breakfast. It is not Adults Only.

Very Disappointed. One week before arrival, I received an email from Southernmost asking if I wanted to be on eStandby to upgrade to a King bed- I said yes. The next day I got a call from the resort saying I was being moved to a different location due to renovations and would be upgraded to a King to make up for the inconvenience. They charged me for the upgrade anyway and when I called to dispute it, they were resistant and made a big deal of it as they argued with me over the $112 over-charge. We had a large group of friends staying there - this left a very poor impression with all of us.
