Vi fick en uppgradering till huvudhotellet och ett helt fantastiskt rum med havsutsikt. Jättetrevlig personal, fina områden, ett ställe man vill stanna kvar på!

Room was too noisey, could not control the temperature in the room. Bathroom was not very clean when we checked in. check in process was a ridiculous evolution that ok half of the first day of our trip. We stood in line for hours to get told we would be comped a room upgrade and it ended up being not favorable. Probably would have had a better vacation sleeping in the bathroom at Taco Bell.

Clean, modern, well kept property. Friendly staff, ample parking. Food was fresh and tasty with a good variety from the on-site restaurant. Wide variety of beverage options (alcohol and non- alcohol). Daily text check-ins by staff were a nice touch to ensure all was as expected. Three pools made it easy to find a spot to hang out if that is how you prefer to spend your time. Easy walking distance to all that Key West has to offer. We plan to return in January and again in July as we were very happy with our stay.

Good location but not as advertised. Some creative marketing for sure. Under new management but this is not a traditional bed and breakfast. It is not Adults Only.

We booked a balcony room at the Duval House, based on the photos and descriptions we thought we were booking a charming Bed and Breakfast with a small pool, when our taxi dropped us off, we were perplexed to learn it was a large resort. Turns out the Duval House is one small part of this sprawling resort campus. When we got to our room, we realized they moved us to a different building with no balcony. The room was generously sized and pretty, but there was no balcony. We were looking forward to having drinks and coffee outside our door. We contacted the front desk and were told we were “upgraded” and were apologized to for not being informed of our upgrade. We did run into another couple the next morning who said they were also booked to stay in the Duval House, but upon checking into their room they found it to be small, with a very noisy air conditioner, and the balcony view overlooked a parking lot. So it sounds like we were lucky to get upgraded. Mostly we just found this all strange because the resort didn’t appear to us as advertised, and we prefer staying at smaller accommodations and not large resorts. Staff very friendly. Free breakfast very good with quick and friendly service. Hotel location was great! Pools were extremely warm. Grounds could have been cleaner. House keeping was not the best.
