Too worst service and nobody cares about guest.main issues security, firstly receptionist was very rude It was the worst hotel in the world, there was no security for ladies, people were getting drunk, no one was solving any problem in the hotel and the staff had very rude behaviour.

Overall a good experience. It's a budget friendly hotel which is 160+ years old. It's old infrastructure but rooms are huge and clean. Food is awesome and reasonably priced. Peaceful location and better than a few of the overrated hotels near the station.

Need to improve hotel cleanness & switch board repair. Also need to improve ckeanness in restaurant

Age old property. Washroom tank leakage all the time, non tellephone on room, no call bell to call the attendent, poor and spicy food and overpriced. Do not ever book this property. Book at your own risk

The property is a histotical marvel. British military barracks converted into a hotel & cafetaria. The experience was awesome & so comfortable. Ideal for transits. The ambience was perfect for beginning an energetic day. Enjoyed the hospitality, location and comfort. Would rate it as 4 on a scale of 5 and recommend it to all seeking a peaceful stay at khandwa.

This place is actually old ! i was little frightened to stay at such a place. However, soon after meeting the receptionist & the bell boy, my inhibitions were calmed. Peaceful & budget-friendly place !

Bedroom was quite good but the WIFI facility was poor. Also the water coming from Tap was very Slow . Other than that the hotel is at good location near railway station. We didn't eat food there so can't comment on that note. The Television inside the room was also not good.

Stay & food was quite good. The rooms are very old, approx 160 years old, so overall experience of a vintage stay was really good
