拉萬亞皇宮酒店(Hotel Lavanya Palace)

Located just beside the Indore Ratlam highway at the entrance of Ratlam. If you don't have a vehicle, can be problematic. That said, city is not very far. Good compound, courteous reception, homely touch, nice ambience, pleasant view from room (suite), ok ac, efficient fan. Suite rooms should have a partition between bedroom and living room that this room didn't. Bathroom and toilet small and smelly. Hot water in abundance. No in house restaurant but you can order for dishes and tea. Didn't have complimentary breakfast. There are small issues to rectify; but for service and silence, you can go there once.

This place was chosen for the proximity to the highway and for the good reviews on tripadvisor while doing a road trip from Bangalore to Rajasthan. We were impressed by their spacious and very well maintained rooms , wash rooms, clean linen etc. Service levels were excellent starting from the security guy to the front desk to the other support staff. Dinner was served in the room and found it tasty and hygienic. We were making an early morning start the next day, they even gave us packed sandwiches for the road. They have ample open parking space which was important for us.

The hotel is near from main highway hence there is no issue in locating it. The property has huge parking space with gated security. The staff is humble and cooperative. The rooms are spacious. They do have clean washrooms. There is 24x7 running hot water. What else a road tripper need other than this. They also have their own restaurant where you can have your food. I would definitely stay here again or recommend it for stays
