Бронировали отель (мы молодожены). Никакой "специальный" пакет нам не предложили изначально, а когда при заезде я спросила есть ли комплимент для молодых, мне грубо ответили, что у нас не спецпакет...Хотя, я не спросила о бесплатном, можно было предложить нам шампанское в номер и фрукты за отдельную плату, а не отвечать с недовольным лицом. В номере не работал ТВ, пофиксили после просьбы. Люстра включалась с 10го раза. Завтрак выдают не тот что заявлен в меню (указано, что сервируют с дополнительными круассанами, соком и прочим, а принесли только блюдо, которое заказали, наверно тоже не тот "спецпакет") Попросили лед в номер, один раз принесли, а на второй раз сказали-льда нет! Извините, но даже в хостеле мне в таком не отказывали. Всегда считала этот СЕТЕВОЙ знаменитый отель одним из лучших в городе, но видимо, либо изжил себя, либо к нам было такое отношение из-за того, что мы не на порше приехали и не с накаченными губами... Полное разочарование от ресепшн и в целом от нашего пребывания. Есть отели намного дешевле с лучшим обслуживанием. Жалею, что для такого знаменательного дня выбрали ваш отель за такие деньги, которые вообще ничем не оправданы...

Excellent location. Nice comfortable room (#19). However the beds are really low height. Kind of strange, but comfortable. Recommended overall.

I am a returning customer to this centrally located unique hotel. My room had a little balcony and was comfortable, warm and clean. The service was as, always warm and friendly, with a great breakfast menu downstairs. The price was value for money and in walking distance to the main attractions. Thank you

First time in Kharkiv, would highly recommend this boutique hotel, very cute and cozy!!! Centrally located , accessible to anything you want, stores, restaurants, cafes, park… very clean and cute with an old charm feel, tasteful decor, delicious restaurant right downstairs. We stayed on the 1st floor, a few steps from the front! The only con would probably be no elevator for higher level guests. Definitely would stay again!

A nice clean and cozy boutique hotel. Goid location in the city center. Hotel stuff is friendly and welcoming, fast check in and out. Enjoyed the deluxe roome for 1 night it was comfortable and i love the balcony. One big admonition is the horrible servise in the restaurant during the breakfast! No body put attention on you till you come by yourself to the waitresses. Its like if you hotel guest you are not important client. Asked for a manager - nobody came. The breakfast was quite good . And it could be better to save the passages free of cars for comfortable get in/out of taxi with luggage.

Located in the very heart of the city, Design is really authentic and worth seeing (especially such design will love woman). Breakfast is super good since located just downstairs in popular restaurant Italian Edition 2. Recommended!

Set back in a courtyard, you either know it's there or you don't. Inside, it's like walking into someone's house. There is bric-a-brac on the tables and old pictures of people on the walls. I was on the top floor but that wasn't a hike by any means. My room was super comfortable; walk-in shower, huge bed and a very well stocked fridge and there is a very good Italian restaurant in the courtyard. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Nothing to complain about whatsoever. I thoroughly recommend this hotel; I'll stay there again.

Great spa in the heart of the city with a good restaurant to eat at. breakfast we're included and quite good.

Clean, delicious breakfast, excellent location.
