SPA尼莫海豚酒店(Hotel & Spa Nemo with Dolphins)

Clean, quiet, friendly and helpful staff.

A 5* wannabe, but they don't know 5* quality or service. Standing over someone (using face mask) whilst they eat wanting money!!! When stated you'd like desert, your told to order, whilst still chewing the main course and 1/2 plate unfinished. When questioned 'what is ....' a blank look and they ask guest at next table to come over!!

Hotel is in perfect condition. Only hard to reach or visitors come in due to security restrictions in a park area.

Nice hotel with attractions for families and kids. Hotel located next to a green park. Resturant was above average. Hotel rooms were clean and quiet. Hotel can be difficult to get to by taxi.

Terrible Hotel with dolphins and beluga whales! It’s a shame ! Good breakfast and we’ll located! It’s a shame they have dolphins and whales captive

This hotel is in excellent location in Taras Shevchenko park. Access is difficult by car, as there are 2 barriers and taxi drivers don't usually know how to get there. Always enter from Sumska street. Hotel is clean. The standard rooms are too small for a 5 star, but the junior suite was adequate. Food was great at the restaurant for breakfast buffet and dinner a la carte. Slow during dinner time for service. Nice rooftop terrace. Rooms are properly maintained and they have afternoon turndown service. Complimentary water in the room. Included is also sauna, pool, jacuzzi. Massage is extra and pretty good. Staff is mostly accommodating. Dolphin shows every day, though we didn't attend, as we've done it elsewhere before.

I liked the terrace on the 6th floor beautiful The service was not that good I'm sorry to say the restraunt service needs a make over Disappointed in the food some items ran out beef steaks and the steak I did order was not what they said it was It would be nice if the staff would smile when getting you

Almost excellent location (the only downside - to get a taxi you will need to walk 5 mins since the hotel is in the middle of the park). The staff is very friendly, pools clear, plus dolphins show, open-air bar/restaurant..

Small hotel in city centre,but quite located at the Shevchenko garden. 2 swimming pools,kids frendly. Breakfast buffet style accompanied ukranian brut wine
