瑞席凡度假村(Hotel Rishivan Resort, Khopoli)

The 1st impression of the room was below average, reasons, unclean bathroom, sink chocked, no complementary water bottle, TV remote missing, broken AC, only 1 towel provided etc. Found wire in my idli

Don't fall for the photographs. 1. It lacks basics of a hotel room planning. Building looks very old. 2. They didn't have towels. We were told towels have not come from laundry. 3. It took them 30 mins and 4 calls to send a mug. 4. Restaurant area is extremely small for the guests to fit in. Finally, we checked out on day one and shifted to other hotel.

Wat should I say about this awesome place!, Rishivan Resort is little Paradise and hidden gem of khopoli, which is located around 3.5 km from khopoli railway station and best part of location is this property just 8 km away from Mumbai's best Entertainment park "Imagica"! This 3 star beautiful property have in house Restaurant, Deluxe, super Deluxe, Suite room and wooden cottages, also they have one gorgeous swimming pool and huge lawn for outdoor games and weddings or parties, so this place is also ideal for destination wedding. In terms of service and food so will give them 5 out 5 coz staff is very polite and service was just excellent, they served deliciousveg and non veg indian, Chinese and fast food. I would like to special thanks to miss Gayatri Mam who took great care of us during our stay, she is very kindful & humble lady, she made our stay memorable. If you are looking for best property for stay near khopoli so i recommend Rishivan Resort only...thank you so much for everything.

It is one of the worst stay I had ever. Rooms are too small bedsheet was torn washroom was dirty. Swimming pool water has algal bloom on it
