According to my view, the rooms are all more or less nosy as the hotel is located in the middle of town. In addition, also the bathroom was not clean, and I had the impression that they try just to save money with the level of service they provide. Thus, I decided to leave the hotel after one night. But the hotel management refused to credit the pre-payment regardless they requested for such one for two nights. For me as a Swiss customer, not understandable as it is also not standard practice in Bhutan. Overall, I do not understand how the hotel was able to get a 3-star rating.
