麗貝德高級酒店(Premier Hotel Lybid)

設施不錯，位置也不錯，工作人員也很好 如果您不是烏克蘭人，早餐可能會有點令人反感

Старый отель, маленькие номера, мебель очень дешёвая, кровать для двоих узкая, одеяло одно и маленькое, в номере неприятный запах, стены ободраные, персонал не улыбается. Не советую этот отель. В ванной шампуня-нет, есть в дозаторе над ванной что то.

Отель Premier Hotel Lybid в этом году я посетила впервые, и у меня остались прекрасные и неизгладимые впечатления. Удобное и удачное расположение, в моем случае было идеальным (все что нужно, оказалось рядом, в 7ми минутах от отеля). Чистый комфортный номер, с кондиционером, душем, с белоснежными полотенцами и постелью, после утомительной поездки придали сил, а шикарный вид из окна шестнадцатого этажа открывал неповторимую панораму Киева. Завтрак здесь - это возможность в люксовой обстановке выбрать еду по собственному вкусу, что положительно отразилось на планах, и настроении. И даже то, что, на следующий день вечером испортилась погода и я не смогла погулять по Киеву, предоставило мне возможность посетить бар, где я осталась просто в восхищении от искусной работы бармена Игоря,и больше ни капельки не расстроилась из-за дождя. Привлекает дружественная атмосфера между жителями и работниками отеля, уместный юмор, интересные беседы. Огромное спасибо персоналу за проделанную вами работу! В соотношении цена/качество - высший бал! .

It was my ferist time to visit Ukrane . Overall it was a positive experience .The Hotel was comfortable with good location near to public transportation,circus and shopping facilities. The chick in and out were easy, the staff were very helpful,the room was clean and comfortable with square view.The breakfasts were tasety with a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits . I really enjoyed my stay and recommend this hotel to travellers.

Great location and value , food was very good in restaurant. It’s an older property past it’s prime but has everything you need and good service so while it’s not the Hilton it’s also not $259uSD a night it’s $70 and we’ll worth it. Front desk was very accommodating, held luggage while in between our stays , arranged covid tests for our return to the US, and over all fairly friendly .

It’s a business hotel in the city centre of Kiev. The deluxe room are pretty big. The food is excellent (believe me, I'm Italian...) and international. Some critical aspect: the windows at 10th and at 15th floor can be open: it is SUPER dangerous for kids, as well as for any other person (Ukraine is not a alcohol free country ). The employees wear covid mask, but not always they pay attention to all the clients and sometimes people walk freely in common areas with no mask at all !!! Few steps to do already if you wanna be a real business hotel, at international standards...

I parked my vehicle at 4 AM after a long journey, no security was present, then I informed reception that I parked my car in the parking lot by the wall (I told I can leave the keys at reception if there is a problem in case) and if that would be a problem, she replied me that she does not oversee it but security, then I found security and tried to explain where I parked in English, he was not happy with it and his attitude was really aggressive whining in his native language, then he took me to the reception with anger, and reception told me it is fine where I parked...this was terrible service and attitude toward a client

The check in process was fantastic. We were met with a smile and nothing seemed to be much trouble. The restaurant although nice was disorganised resulting in the main coming out before the starters and given to the wrong people without explanation. When we tried to pay for breakfast in the morning the staff spoke amongst themselves made several phonecalls only to inform me after 5 minutes that I hadn't paid. This was something I tried to tell them many times but this was met with silence. The barstaff were rude to the point of causing offence. One barman started slamming my friends change down on the bar he asked for it. He was aggressive saying "You English never tip" Shocking behaviour after numerous offers from us to buy him a drink. A tip is given in reflection of good service and should not be taken for granted. My room was as expected for the money I paid. It was clean and tidy although a little dated. Overall I would not book to stay again due to the poor customer service received apart from the girl who checked us in.

The room was very small. The floor was very dirty. The bedding quality was poor. Cooler was not working. Quality was lower than a motel
