I had a great stay at Greenland Apartment Hotel in Kigali. The staff is very friendly and helpful, making sure everything was smooth during my visit. The apartment is clean, secure, and in a very safe area, with restaurants, amenities, and downtown all within walking distance. A special shout-out to Diane Mugabekazi, who cleaned our room—she is amazing, friendly, caring, and always willing to help. I also had an issue with a noisy guest who disturbed us three mornings in a row at 6 am, but Diane helped report it to management, and it was resolved quickly. Highly recommended!

Big and nice appartment fully equipes except iron. 68m2 and fair price. Located nearly a hight traffic road. I was in 5th floor and was absolutlly impossible to open the windows.Air conditionning wirking well, hot water; high level of privac in that building

The property is great in general, location is good and staff are great but management urgently needs attention. After my previous review, they sent me an unpleasant message on whatsapp that I would not expect from someone in hospitality. Listen to your guests, take the feedback on board and do better for the next guest. None of this is personal but to make Greenland a better place. I had even planned to bring my team back to this property next month - as they are launching a conference facility shortly - but after the messages I have received, I am not sure I want to do this. Still no word on the refund for my first night downgrade, which they said they would attend to on the 7th July.

⁠I booked and paid for a two bedroom apartment. ⁠ On night one I was put in a one-bedroom apartment and till today no refund has been received for the one night DOWNGRADE. I paid for a service that I did not receive. Beds are the worst and you can actually feel the wire springs through the mattress. I kept on getting told that “we are speaking to our manager” - the manager never got back to me on any of my requests. ⁠The manager reached out AFTER I CHECKED OUT ASKING FOR A GOOD REVIEW, but was nowhere to be found when I faced all of the challenges at the property. The only thing that worked well at this property was the cleaning team - Pacifique and the front desk ladies.
