Front desk service was abysmal. My a/c did not work, the internet in my room did not work. Arrived in the wee hours of the morning they had no water in the room ( as was promised with their description), no one ever picked up the phone when I called the front desk. Every time I had an issue, and there were many, I had to physically go to the desk . And I had to go several times to have any of the issues addressed . If you need wifi request rooms closest to the restaurant. I could say more but it's all so negative. One positive- the rooms have well appointed bathroom amenities . The new 4ooms have modern bathrooms the one bed apartments are very 1960s/1970s

I booked a room at Grazia three months ago and confirmed my booking multiple times. Now, just 36 hours before departure they email to cancel my reservation simply saying they don't have availability now. That's it. No alternatives, no help, just a cancel. There is a large conference in town and there are no rooms available on such short notice. Don't trust a stay or vacation here!

I stayed at the hotel bit of Grazia Apartments. I had a very nice room with a fridge, microwave, a terrace with a view, and a great bathroom. The staff could not have been more helpful, I use a cane, and the breakfast buffet was me pointing out what I wanted and the staff putting it on a plate for me. They helped me with the luggage, etc. There is also a pool with a cafe which makes for a great common area for meetings. Besides the good service, the place is also very clean. Taxi drivers know where it is. I stayed from 20/1/2023 to 24/1/2023.
