基拉尼國際酒店(International Hotel Killarney)

The location was good and the staff are very nice. But our room has many issues like the toilet flush doesn't work, we couldn't open the window, etc.

Had a lovely and comfortable stay in the heart of Killarney. Food was fantastic. Service was amazing

Located at city center. Nice rooms and facilities.

.C’est .une vrai auberge ,très confortable chaude une belle cheminée un salon immense et chaleureux on y a mangé tous les soirs ,une cuisine très typique ,savoureuse ,mais très attentionnée.Le meilleur endroit depuis 12 jours. Le buffet du petit déjeuner très copieux.Une réussite.Une chambre a trois très vaste,une vue superbe.Aucune faute.

Hotel che ha ingresso e parti comuni molto belli. Camera spaziosa ma si nota che il complesso è storico e non è stato recentemente ristrutturato. Mancano infatti dotazioni che ad oggi sono indispensabili (come ad esempio prese usb), camera non particolarmente calda, con vasca da bagno. Colazione servita al tavolo molto buona e assortita.

Quarto espaçoso e confortável, perfeito para 3 pessoas. Tv com Netflix e Prime. Banheiro ótimo. Localização excelente, a poucos passos de restaurantes e cafés. Estacionamento público bem pertinho. Bar do hotel aconchegante. Atendimento pós checkout: esqueci o Kindle, recebi mensagem, combinamos o envio pelo correio, perfeito, rápido e eficiente (muuuito obrigada). Único problema: Wi-Fi do quarto não funciona. Reclamamos na recepção e a resposta é que nada pode ser feito.

Very hot bedroom with no air just fan which just moved hot air. Very noisy with loud music until 11:30pm, then fighting & loud yelling outside which one could easily hear. Morning coffee in dining was very weak & not able to eat breakfast when convenient. Had to make reservations for specific time & not lots of options with big groups staying there as well.

There was no place to park to unload luggage. There was supposed to be free parking. They gave us a map, but did not tell us that it was free only for a short time over night. We had to carry our luggage a long way through an ally. We had a hard time finding a place to park that we would not get booted. The other issue was the terrible shower. It did not have a shower curtain, only a small glass piece on the side. Impossible to shower without getting water all over the floor and room. Then when we stepped out of the deep tub, we had to mop up the floor to make it safe to walk in the bath room. We are in our 80's and this is unacceptable. When we told the receptionist they would not acknowledge there was a problem and needed a shower curtain. WE WANT A REFUND!!!!

The property itself was beautiful. Unfortunately we checked in around 6pm….we were soaked, exhausted and hungry. Took our luggage to the room and went to get some food in the bar/restaurant located in the hotel. Sat for 30mn and received absolutely no service, not even a “be right with you”. So we left. When laying in bed, you can hear the guest in the next room peeing. I can listen to a lot of things….talking, laughter, guests walking the hallways……because you expect that, but using the bathroom. No. But again, the property was beautiful, we parked at a parking garage near by and the town was fun.
