Excellent hotel

Lovely hotel great food and staff .hotel is so clean . The only disappointment we had booked a standard twin room but asked for a double bed but unfortunatly ended up wirh 2 single beds and had a bathroom designed for mobility and disability issues which we didnt request.

The spa and thermal suites were just so relaxing. Staff were so nice and friendly. Had the hot stone massage and felt so relaxed afterwards. Lovely Elemis toiletries to shower with after the relaxing experience. If not having a treatment it costs €25 to use the thermal suites but worth the experience😊

I booked a junior suite for the balcony as shown in online pictures, there was no balcony, so paid an extra £200 for a sofa, extremely disappointing. Large bed but the duvet didnt fit it and the duvet cover was torn. I left the key card in to run the fridge with medication in it, the cleaning staff removed it. Golf course outside the bedroom window and were cutting grass at 7am both mornings, its a big course could have went to the other end. The walk is hedged in the whole way round, see nothing, not even a view of the golf course. Didnt use the sauna etc as these were separate for male and female so couldn't go with my husband. Most staff attitudes were not what you would expect for this hotel, no care or consideration, younger staff and would appear they have had little training. Overall very disappointing and won't be returning.

Paid a lot of money for one night. Was given a room for cusromers with special needs. The bathroom reminded me of that in a service station! When i ohoned down asking for the possibility of a room with a bath, i was abruptly told i booked the last room. People NEED to be told if they are being placed in a room with facilities for guests with extra needs. Breakfast was nice. For the price, would i stay again? Absolutely not.

Top class hotel with the nicest staff and the best breakfast I’ve ever had. This hotel should be 5*. Definitely going back!

Lovely hotel but abit formal had to book to go to the bar. Also service not great at breakfast had to ask 5 times for tea and butter for toast. No orange juice and wasn’t replaced so we had apple juice. But what we found most shocking was 2 black guys sprawled out on the couches at the lifts with shoes off and bags throw there. We heard a couple say where they refugees and they may have complained at reception. For the money we paid it was nice but I don’t think we will return

Mattress was a bit worn in places - could here and feel some of the springs. Also there is quote an annoying noise that comes from outside - which I guess might have been like an air con unit or something but the constant buzzing through the night was awful

Rooms do not have air conditioning. Slept in 25c. Twin beds are the smallest I have evrler splept on. Tiger prawn pasta meal noodles were overcooked. Continental breakfast is average, eggs bedict was executed well.
