格拉森湖屋酒店(Glasson LakeHouse)

Sehr stilvolle Zimmer, fantastische Atomsphäre, freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeitende (nicht aufgesetzt) in jedem Bereich. Habe mich zu jeder Zeit willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, teilweise Gerichte neuinterpretiert, frische Zutaten und der empfohlene Dessert (lemon tarte) war ein Gedicht. Der krönende Abschluss war die perfekte Zubereitung meines Lieblingsdrinks, welcher nicht auf der Karte geführt wurde.

We went for my birthday and I got a complimentary room upgrade!! Lovely balloons and a card and mini donuts too. The outdoor pool is fabulous and our absolute favourite thing. We then had dinner in Bonnie’s and food was unreal. So so good I had the hake and it was the nicest meal I had in a long time We booked the hot tub for the next day and it’s really hot and relaxing We did this after we had breakfast in the room (no extra charge) Then we checked out and the girls on reception are really friendly and helpful They let us use the changing rooms and showers because we had to go back to the pool!! We were still pottering around the hotel and grounds and went for a walk to the lake shore We had lunch and finally left!! Two teenagers in tow and they loved it too What a lovely treat ☺️ I think if you did a pool pass and lunch 🥙 day out it would be a great idea 💡 Perhaps off peak? Or limited numbers We do love the pool!!!

Lovely relaxed setting, works well for mixed age groups and family events. Facilities are top class and staff are friendly. We had a large party of people and we were well looked after particularly by Irene at the front desk. If a weeding is on when you are there, best book a room away from the function area as the noise does travel.

Hotel rooms ,bikes ,food ,fires lite everywhere in June. Magnificent golf course,hot tubs , golf range ,children’s play area, children’s fairy walk ,Everything was just perfect. What lovely friendly staff , we will be back. What a wonderful place in the centre or Ireland

We had a wonderful 2 night stay in family room no 81. As a family of 5 it was so spacious, comfortable and so quiet. Furnished to the highest standard with the most stunning views over the golf course and lake. Management made it extra special by decorating it with balloons and a ‘cake towel’ for my husbands birthday! Breakfast was great, staff so attentive and friendly. Dinner was actually some of the most delicious, fresh and best food we’ve had. There was plenty for kids to do, the play parks and indoor play area are amazing, the lake row boats and bikes are a lovely, complimentary addition. The star attraction for us was the outdoor heated pool. On the last day we paid a little extra - €20 for a late check out until 1pm. I had a facial at the luxurious Brooks Spa. It was so relaxing and the staff there are so experienced, it was a fantastic ending to the stay. We didn’t want to leave! This is our second visit to the beautiful Glasson Lakehouse and we’ll definitely be back and recommending to all, thank you for an incredible family break.

Terrible service. No terrestrial TV in Tom’s Bar. Very poor food selection in bar. Staff poorly trained. Booking system chaotic… this hotel has gone downhill badly since last summer… just a disappointment- I visited with a friend as we wanted to book for a group get away in September- we will go somewhere else!

Absolutely brilliant from the start... great suite.. great view ...staff experience was excellent... great food in both restaurants ... there's not a whole lot more I can say.justkeep doing what you're doing and everyone will be happy to write a review... thanks for everything

We absolutely fell in love with this hotel. What a gem! As soon as we entered reception we admired tge views outdoors. The hotel has a really relaxing feel. From check in we were so warmly welcomed. Staff are excellent. We booked the hot tub and it was bucketing rain but worth it, Greg looked after us so well. We also enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor heated pool. Only ****** we both had was that the robes were on the smaller side and no storage space at pool when it rained. Room was spacious and comfy, couldn't fault it and supplying hair dryer and straighteners was a lovely bonus. We also used the record player which was a treat. We dined in Bonnie's, food was excellent and service fantastic. Menu was limited. Breakfast was superb, lots of choice. Overall a fantastic stay, very relaxing which was exactly what we wanted. We stayed mid week and it was less expensive. We will be returning for sure.

Very bad experience for €336 for 1 night..simple things not in the room like shower gel..shower cap..no hand or body lotion.i would expect these in any hotel..our view was a galvanise roof covered in moss..breakfast was awful..no fresh fruit or cereal selection..for this price for 1 night it was very disappointing and we def would not stay again.. No signs of any senior Management whatsoever..
