This was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. What was supposed to be a relaxing weekend getaway turned into a frustrating experience from start to finish. The check in process was disorganized. I was initially checked into the wrong room and staff were dismissive when I raised concerns. Once I finally got into the correct room, it was missing advertised amenities and the air conditioning barely worked, making it difficult to sleep. The hotel was also incredibly noisy, with constant door slamming late into the night and poor soundproofing throughout the property.
The food quality was disappointing and even the checkout experience was confusing and frustrating. Overall, the level of service and attention to detail fell far below what I would expect from a “four” star hotel. I left feeling more exhausted than when I arrived. In my opinion, this is a three star hotel charging four star prices. I wouldn’t stay there again even if it was gifted to me.
