We have been staying at this hotel several times a year for the past 3-4 years. The hotel is very pet friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the doggie area is close to the rooms for guests with pets. The staff is very friendly, courteous and helpful. We have always enjoyed our stay here and will continue to stay here every year.

There was an unexpected issue with keys when we checked in - no one could use their keys. The manager was able to work quickly with IT to get it fixed within 25 minutes. Meanwhile, they used master key to let us in our room and came back with usable keys. Very friendly.

This was one of our favourite stop overs and the hotel staff were brilliant - very helpful, informative and well humoured; Kingman is a one street town and a great contrast to Vegas; check out the Rickety Cricket microbrewery and pizza bar for an uncomplicated treat with great easy going atmosphere; The hotel is a typical overnight stopover made special by the staff on duty; Add in a good breakfast and decent laundry facilities and it was ideal for us.

This is an amazing property with such nice people. It was so clean and quiet. We only stayed for one night and wanted to grab bfast in the morning. I always expect to just see bagels and waffles but they had a great spread to include eggs biscuits and gravy and lots of other options. We will be back !

Nice hotel. You can’t beat Best Western’s pillows and mattresses. Very comfy. This hotel appeared to be updated nicely but did have some mold along the caulk line in parts of the shower area. It’s weird because it all looks pretty new!

Overall nice stay, except our room, pillow, and bed spread smelt very strongly of someones pet. Not something I wanted to sleep with. Hopefully in the future the hotel will do a better job cleaning the room, Or at least only using these rooms for other pet lovers.

The staff member that checked me in was very polite and efficient. The hotel appeared clean - all except luggage cart. It probably needs a refresh.
