When we first got to the room it was beyond gross. The carpets were not vacuumed and it smelled like cigarette smoke extremely bad. We do not smoke so we opened the window and headed down to talk about the room conditions. There was no one there to talk to so we waited a couple minutes and then headed out to get something to eat. We figured that when we got back we would talk about the conditions of the room. When we got back there was no one at the front desk again and we waited for a while. We went back up to our room and tried to turn on our TV but it did not work and we could not get ahold of anyone to help us with the TV. Finally after 30-45 minutes of fighting the TV we got it to turn on. We left Sunday morning and Monday morning when I checked my bank account I had a charge of $250.00 from Super 8. I called and spoke to the GM (so he told me) and he argued that they have proof of us smoking in the room. That they have towels that have ashes on it. That's funny because the towels were used to wash off our make up which turns to a black and gray color from the mascara. When I told the GM the towels were used to wash off our make up he told me I was a liar and that make up is brown and that he knows because he is an expert. I told him no my mascara is black and that the towels were used for that. He also said that there were ashes in the carpet. Well when we got there the housekeepers did not bother to vacuum the carpets so it was probably left over from the last smoking guests that stayed there. Again we do not smoke but apparently we have to pay for the guests before us who smoked in the room. I asked the GM to email me the proof of what they found in the room and he said the only was is that we would have to come down there and see it in person. I do not live in Kingman. I live in another city but he still refuses to send me the so called "proof" of what they have. Then he told me he had another phone ringing and that he did not have time for me and hung up on me.
Since we are traveling to Kingman every weekend for a while we WILL NOT BE STAYING IN THIS HORRIBLE BUG INFESTED PLACE!

It was terrible. This place was run down. Someone dropped their foods across from my room and it was not clean up and I had a lady being loud and pounding the door across from me as well. They do not have any extra towels that we asked for due to 5 people in my room with only 2 towels. The juice machine is broken and it is nothing to eat beside store bought muffins, fruit cups, tiny juice boxes and etc. I am surprised there is no cereals or milks at all. That is not even close to what other hotels provided. And you can not access to any door with your card they gave you. You must use front door to get in. So inconvenient when you have to park your car other side of the building.

There was no hot water, no coffee or coffee machines in room which is expected from super 8 hotels. Also there was muffin and small juice packs for breakfast, they did. Ot even think on what diabetics people are suppose to eat, no milk. Not much toiletries in bathroom. Would not recommend anyone to book room in this property

The receptionist woman didn’t really seem to know what she was doing. She kept giggling and saying she didn’t know when it came to terms of paying for the room online and through Apple Pay. Though she was kind and helped out a bit she gave off the impression that she didn’t truly know what she was doing and didn’t seem all to trustworthy. Not only that but the bed was hard as a rock, above the shower had dark spots. The bath tube didn’t seem to clean and the shower head was definitely not clean it had white stuff growing on it, and the place had a bit of a smell. Plus the pillow cases had stains on them that didn’t seem to wash out in their last wash. Overall the place isn’t exactly the best to stop at especially after a twelve hour drive. The sleep was horrible just cause of the bed, and it just wasn’t very comfortable. Definitely not stopping by again, though the receptionist in the morning (different girl) was very kind at check out.

The toilet and sink were quite low. It would be nice if the toilet was chair/handicap height. Also more lighting above the tub so that when you close the curtain it isn't so dark. A towel bar above the toilet or a towel ring to hang the hand towel would be helpful. Otherwise the room was clean, comfortable and economical. Having the doors on the sides of the building open from the outside would help for older people to get in from the car.

For a property that costs over 120 per night, it was not clean, crumbs on floor, dirty walls, and a bit run down. Easy fixes with good managing and staff. Can’t stay again unless much cleaner.
