Amazing resort in a stereotypical tropical resort setting. The breakfast buffet was very average as far as 5 star resort buffets go, and 2 of the pillows in the room had stains on them which wasn't a great look for a 5 star resort, or any resort for that matter.

It is a large property- there was no map provided and I was very confused about finding our parking spot. When I asked staff what I should do if I get lost, could I call reception? Staff answered rudely with - there are signs everywhere. Let me tell you, there are not signs everywhere. I was disappointed.

We have a school reunion and the choices were Peppers or Salt Mantra. We chose Peppers as it had the higher rating property class rating. This was not the case, the room was identical to Mantra but cost $100 more per night, the air conditioner unit was on the balcony and rattled so loudly we could not sleep with it on. The spa bath had a leak and the bathroom floor flooded and became extremely slippery and dangerous. Check in and out was slow as there was only 1 staff member on at a time. I could have booked an identical one bedroom spa unit but with an ocean view for $100 less per night. Don't waste your money on Peppers stay at Mantra.

I really enjoyed my brief stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Great facilities, maybe next time I’ll stay long enough to use them! . There’s some signs of wear and tear around the resort, such as signage with missing letters, and numbers, but all up it’s a lovely place.

Had a great time there. 2 pools to choose from keep crowd separate. Shops and park outside for kids to play. Close to the beach.

Stayed here with my two children and it was perfect. Great location, clean and spacious rooms. They loved the pool area!!!

Air con did not work. For the amount we paid and even after we let them know nothing was done about it or even cared about

Worse experience. Look elsewhere first. Kicked out of our room one day prior to our departure as the owner wanted the room. I was offered another room; however, we did not want to pack to unpack again, so I was provided a refund for that night as it essentially had ruined our time away, so we just wanted to go home. 14 days later still chasing our refund! We have had to chase the hotel after they took our bank details amount, etc., and said it would be fixed.
