Still under renovation, surprisingly the room and toilet is big , clean and comfortable . Will stay again .

Très bel établissement par contre le seul ascenseur disponible ne fonctionnait pas ce qui pour une personne à mobilité réduite était d'un grand inconvénient, les options de restauration sont plutôt limitées si on ne veut pas prendre la voiture

Très longs cheveux dans le lit, par terre dans la salle de bain et accroché dans la serviette qui sert de tapis de bain me fait douter de l’entretien.

La propreté était vraiment moyenne compte tenu du prix.

I loved the stay! It was clean the staff answered everyone of my questions. I didn’t try the breakfast but I heard the breakfast burrito is good. I’d definitely stay there the next time I am in Kingston

Overall, this hotel offered good value for the price. But there was an overwhelming scent (particularly in the hallways and elevators), which I imagine would be very problematic for people with scent allergies. And while the TVs were big-screen, the resolution/definition was so poor that it was like watching television in the’70s. Both of these things could be changed pretty easily for improvement.
