Overall nice clean place. Indian male worker was very rude, besides him all else was great

This is a NO FRILLS hotel at a very reasonable price. It’s clean but basic so if you’re on a tight budget it is a very good option with it being very close to the hospital. The $50 refundable deposit is a little unusual but I can understand why they do it: it’s a budget hotel and people steal too readily without giving it a second thought. The parking is adequate but no extra parking when the hotel is full. The hotel is positioned perpendicular to the freeway which reduces the noise to the room. The breakfast consists of a waffle maker, bagels, yogurt, oatmeal, juice and coffee: it’s what you would expect at a budget hotel: no eggs and no bacon/sausage. The room had a full size refrigerator and a small microwave and an iron/ironing board. The room had a small sofa with a coffee table and a nice size TV. The bathroom even had a fan. The bed was comfortable. There were no elevators so you have to take the outside stairs to go up to the second floor. The area in the vicinity is close to a mall with many great restaurants. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the airport: IAH.

This establishment is not pet friendly. To my surprise they asked my husband, me and my little Yorkie to leave at 10:00 pm at night. She threatened to call the police and charged my card a $200 fee. Unacceptable if you ask me. Mind you it is not posted anywhere no Pets Allowed. I have have never been treated this way and highly do not recommend this place to anyone. Ever! Learn how to treat people. This all occurred on March 16,2023. Wow!

They ask for a $50 deposit which I was fine with- I was not informed when I check out I had to let the office know so they could check the room and me get my deposit back. I went about my day and never received the deposit- I called and was told I had to come back to Houston and pick it up- I asked if they would mail it. They refused and told me I needed to go to UPS and start a COD- they are too cheap to put a stamp on an envelope. Also- who has a washer and dryer outside for guests- without any shelter? Are they looking for someone to be electrocuted. They can keep my $50 and maybe do something with the outdoor laundry room. I will never stay here again.

The property was clean. We were there 4 days and no one came to empty our garbage or bring us clean towels. We had to flag down a cleaning person on day 3 and ended up throwing our own garbage out everyday They didn’t even make our beds each day.

It really was not what I expected when staying at a Wyndham hotel. Needs soot more work and the breakfast was very low grade just waffles cereal bread coffee was metallic tasting. We ate breakfast out. Really bad

I have stayed there several times, the staff is always pleasent and the rooms are great will a full size fridge. The rooms are very clean and very well maintained.

Convenient to Kingwood. Very nice and clean modern room. Excellent value !! Steady drone of freeway noise but easily drowned out by AC fan.

This was by far the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in, dirty rooms, rude owner and staff. They claim they have no money so they cannot give you extra ANYTHING, no extra towels ( they literally give you 1). Never again!!
