We had such a wonderful stay at this resort! The hosts, Abhay and Ambika, are genuinely amazing people — warm, thoughtful, and truly dedicated to making your stay comfortable. The place is spotless — with crisp white bedsheets, clean washrooms, and every little detail taken care of beautifully. And their homemade brownies, siddu and cheesecakes are an absolute must-try! (Do let them know in advance 😉). Overall, it was such a peaceful, cozy, and pleasing experience — a perfect place to unwind and feel at home. ❤️

The location is like something out of a postcard — surrounded by majestic mountains and overlooking the beautiful Baspa Dam and Lake. The view from all the room are stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset. The rooms were super cozy, clean, and comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. What made the experience even better was the warm hospitality. The staff were always smiling and ready to help, which made us feel genuinely cared for. If you’re looking for a quiet, scenic, and comfortable getaway amidst the mountains, this place is just perfect. Can’t wait to visit again! ♥️♥️

Really good view. Very clean and well maintained. Polite staff, really helpful and do not disturb. Food is good and the apple orchard looks serene. The entire overall experience was excellent. Must visit.

I had an absolutely wonderful time during my stay! The highlight for me was undoubtedly the delicious food – every meal felt like it was prepared with love and local flavor. From fresh, homestyle dishes to warm hospitality at every table, the dining experience alone is worth the visit. What made it even more special was the apple orchard right next to the property. Walking through the trees, breathing in the crisp air, and seeing apples hanging ripe on the branches was surreal. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, nature, and peace. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax, eat well, and reconnect with nature. I’ll definitely be back!

We had the best trip thanks to our stay in the kamru resort. Honestly we dint have any big plans for the trip, just a relaxing holiday but the owners at Kamru resort extended their assistance in planning the trip and shared their best spots for the season. Be it trekking to the hidden waterfalls of the valley, lush green pastures for picnic or even guiding us to the local market, temples and fort our Mr Abhay covered us all *****. Thanks to him we had a wholesome experience beyond touristy destinations. At our stay in the resort the Swiss tents provided a perfect blend of living close to nature but in luxury. The staff was very cordial and food (brownies especially) by Mrs Ambika is the best I have had in a very ***** time. While we started our days with the misty lake view we found the perfect closure in bonfire and musical nights. Mrs Ambika even went over and beyond to arrange local kinnauri dresses for us. Getting dressed in these beautiful dresses with this dreamy location was beyond my bucket list. Overall my words might fall short to describe the hospitality of the kamru. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a unique blend of natural beauty, cultural immersion and exhilarating activities.

Ambika’s cooking deserves a special mention! Her chocolate brownie is something you cannot afford to miss. Abhay’s local knowledge and his passion for trekking elevated the stay. The spacious tents and rooms are so cozy and well maintained, literally everything you need after an eventful day. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to experience Sangla with comfort, warmth, and adventure. It’s a place that stays with you long after you leave.
