一言難盡。工作人員態度不錯，但比較死板，浪費了我們不少時間。在網上預訂時沒注意一人入住和二人入住還有區別，到了前台被告知訂的是一人入住，不能住倆人。我説我補差價。前台説不行，要重新去平台訂，而平台上當天已經沒房了……..第二天又説房間沒帶早餐，又折騰了一輪説他們系統搞錯了。無語。感謝攜程，及時幫我們去溝通解決。

設施：房間Wi-Fi信號不佳，不過提意見後酒店在門口按了個拓展路由器，信號好多了 環境：非常好，屋頂有時候會有黑臉猴子

Very close to Yala National Park. We stayed here for 2 nights as we are travelling around Sri Lanka. Not much else nearby. Things I wish I knew before booking: - the red floor in the chalet literally stained the bottom of our feet/shoes/socks bright red - there are a family of monkeys within this resort and they kept us awake jumping on the roof and at one point wouldn’t let us leave the chalet as they were being aggressive at the door (because they had babies with them) - power cuts 4-5x per day (only lasted a few seconds each time, just not convenient) Despite this, the staff were very attentive and kind. Food was ok, area was convenient.

I recently stayed at Elephant Reach in Yala and had a generally pleasant experience. The front office staff were welcoming and efficient, making check-in a breeze. They were always available to answer our questions and provide helpful information about the local area. The service at the resort was consistently good. The staff were attentive and made sure our needs were met without being overbearing. They were professional and courteous, creating a comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. Housekeeping did a commendable job as well. Our room was clean and well-maintained, with fresh linens provided regularly. The attention to detail in keeping the room tidy was noticeable and appreciated. While there were a few minor hiccups, such as occasional delays in service, overall, Elephant Reach offers a solid experience. The friendly staff and clean accommodations make it a worthwhile choice for anyone visiting Yala.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Elephant Reach Hotel Yala! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained. Our chalet was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The pool was a highlight—super clean and perfectly placed to catch the sun. The restaurant offered a delicious variety of dishes, catering to all dietary needs. Plus, the hotel's proximity to Yala National Park made it the perfect base for our wildlife adventures. Highly recommended!

A really lovely tranquil hotel located only about 15min drive from the Yala NP entry gate. Beautiful pool and grounds. Cute bungalow style rooms with cold aircon and very friendly staff. We were travelling as 4 friends and all rooms interconnect. Meals are quite cheap and catered for both western and local cuisine. Only about 5min into a local town. Definitely worth a stay

Hotel Elephant Reach was a pretty interesting. Shower was different but good. Hot water, good pressure. Bed was comfortable. Airconditioned room. Has a large pool, jungle plant type layout around between cabins. Even some elephants around that look pretty real. Great place to base yourself to go to Yala National Park. All staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel rooms are really excellent having a spacious bathroom. Special thanks to Ms. Irisha (⭐️) who guided us to book 2 rooms instead of taking an extra bed for a comfortable stay. The restaurant chef specially made Indian chutney for our 5am full day safari. Their staff handles guests with utmost care.

We stayed one night, and it wasn't enough! Ireesha ( I am sorry in advance for misspelling your name!) Welcomed us with the reception staff in the warmest true Sri Lankan way. She did make it so we stayed and everyone else made it so that it was a wonderful stay. The room was prepared within minutes from our arrival and it was absolutely spotless and wonderful ( all the amenities are included: TV with foreign channels, a/c, toiletries, mini-fridge and coffee), the pool is absolutely great and super taken care of, the restaurant is 5 stars, and the parking is at the gate with a personal that will help with luggage. The Wi-Fi is strong and the breakfast is delicious. Treat yourself and gift yourselves experience of Elephant Reach Hotel!

Very clean, staff very attentive, buffet evening meal was very nice with a lovely packed breakfast to take on our safari. Lodges are very roomy with super bathroom and shower room. Swimming pool available and area to sit and relax which we enjoyed after the safari.

While on a tour of Sri Lanka we stayed at this resort. It is on the outskirts of Yala National Park and nicely maintained. It has statues of Elephant on the entrance and they come alive sort of . The rooms are big and located around the swimming pool. The staff are good and friendly and the breakfast menu needs more spread.

We had wonderful time at this hotel. and most interesting part was the exellent customer service. Specially front office staff. Their manager mr. Asanka personally attended and kind enough to spare his valuable time with us. And also food was delicious. And definitely recommended for every one visit this property. Thank you.
