米緹洛斯公寓酒店(Mirtilos Studios & Apartments)

Très bon accueil dans cet hôtel 😊. Grande chambre un peu sombre et le mobilier un peu désuet mais rien de bien méchant, salle de bain correcte et moderne, le tout étant très propre. Rien a dire sur la kitchenette on en a pas eu besoin Grand balcon sympa. Grande piscine propre avec des bains de soleil autour de celle ci. Bien situé avec des restaurants a proximités. Grand parking pour stationner

Struttura molto Bella e pulita . Personale gentilissimo ed attento . Camere ordinate e curate , piscina con bar il top . Una meta molto azzeccata per visitare questa bellissima parte dell’isola che ti porta a scoprire tutti i giorni una spiaggia diversa . Quindi la struttura ofere tutto il confort di cui și ha bisogno e soprattutto dei consigli veramente utili sulle escursioni da fare . Bravi 👌

E' in assoluto la mia prima recensione così negativa. La struttura, oltre il prospetto bello, ha i limiti già raccontati nelle altre recensioni: essenziale, vecchio, asciugamani e lenzuola consumati/bucati, bagno cieco (puzza costante). Ma quello che che non tollerato e digerito è la grande maleducazione di un'operatrice. In breve : eravamo 5 famiglie. Al momento della prenotazione ci chiedono di pagare in contanti. I pago subito, il primo giorno (per liberarmi dei contanti). I miei amici pagano nei giorni nei giorni successivi ottenendo uno sconto che va dai 100 ai 200 euro a camera. Ho fatto una segnalazione per avere lo stesso trattamento. Questa ragazzetta, prima mi dice che devo parlare con il boss..attendo e neinte. Nel momento in cui chiedo che fine abbia fatto il boss mi prende 50 euro me li "sbatte"sul bancone ed esce dalla struttura urlando contro di me (questa scena assurda e umiliante è avvenuta davanti ad una decina di testimoni). Al rientro ho scritto alla struttura che si è scusata per lo "stress" e mi hanno detto che non avevo diritto allo sconto perchè la mia stanza aveva l'angolo cottura ( peccato che anche le altre lo avessero). Serietà ZERO.

Super établissement, géré par une bonne équipe. Séjour reposant et agréable, murs bien insonorisés, suffisamment de place autour de la piscine, extrêmement bien situé. A quelques minutes à pied de la station de bus ktel, parfait pour aller jusqu’à Chania ou du côté de Balos, Falassarna et Elafonissi.

Note positive: confortevole, ottima posizione centrale, comodo parcheggio, personale molto cortese, stanze ampie, arredi moderni e con privacy garantita, bar bordo piscina con ottimi cocktail, piscina abbastanza grande. Bagno ampio, pulito. Una menzione particolare alla signora che faceva le pulizie, per la pazienza e l'attenzione verso gli ospiti. Note negative: colazione varia ma di qualità bassa (es bevande dalla macchinetta non buone, succo imbevibile) peccato considerato che siamo in Grecia, letti non fatti ma lenzuoli piegati al fondo, biancheria da bagno (asciugamani) in parte da rinnovare (macchiati, logori), mancanza di un porta sapone nella doccia, uno dei letti era un divano letto piuttosto scomodo.

Hotel fantastico, personale gentile e molto disponibile. Ottima posizione, (molto tranquilla, vicino sia al centro che alla spiaggia) e pulizia impeccabile. Camere spaziose e dotate di tutto il necessario. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente :)

Nous avons séjourné 5 jours dans cet hôtel, si vous recherchez le calme et la tranquillité cet hôtel est parfait niveau rapport qualité prix. Localisation : Bien situé si vous voulez visiter la côte ouest de la crête. A quelque pas de la plage où vous trouverez bar et restautant. A 20 min de l plge de Falassarma et 30 min du Lagon Balos et 1h d'Elafonissi. accueil/personnel : Bel accueil du personnel malgré que l'on soit arrivé tres tard (00h15) !! toujours souriant et à notre écoute. L'Hotel : Nous avons eu un appartement au rez de chaussée qui était très correct. Le plus important était la climatisation qui fonctionnait parfaitement. La literie du lit queen size était parfait, petit bémol sur les petits lits simple un peu dure et pas très confortable. La piscine est parfaite 10/10 et le bar de la piscine super. Sur booking il est affiché qu'il y'a un buffet le matin au petit déjeuner mais peut être qu'en raison du Covid-19 cela a été retiré ? Coté animation il n'y en a pas, pour les enfants il y a dans le jardin un petit coin pingpong toboggan et balançoire. En tout cas dans l'ensemble nous sommes très satisfait d'avoir séjourné dans cet établissement!

Stayed 3 nights, in a spacious, comfortable, clean, ground floor apartment, good air con. Spacious terrace to sit out on. Decor inside of its era. Easy parking adjacent to hotel. Good sized pool, however , there is a strict enforced no access until 10am, a bit disappointing if you are an early morning swimmer. The Pool area was quiet during our stay perhaps guests were more beach goers. Large lawned area with plenty of shade from trees should umbrellas be unavailable . We did not eat here, the only folk we saw eating here was for breakfast. There are plenty of excellent places to eat within a very short walk and rooms have self catering options. The staff were pleasant, unobtrusive, spoke English and were accommodating. If in the area again we would return.

We called late in the evening for a booking, however, the employee could not speak a word of English. Ok, can happen, was already sown. Then we called the next morning at 10 am and we were firmly promised the room and the price, we should only send an email for confirmation. Based on this firm promise, we booked the flight. That have then written an email, however, when no answer came, I called again. The lady said that everything was fine, in 1 hour at the latest we will receive the confirmation email for the previously booked room. I had told the lady again that we had already booked the flight for over 1,000.00 euros and we would now still wait for the written confirmation of the hotel booking by phone of the hotel MIRTILOS studios and apartments. After 1 hour we have then actually received an email, but with the following content: "(...) Now ,we do not have availability for the dates that you mentioned, as the price was valid as long as there is availability and now we do not have anymore because the rooms are sold to somebody else. (...)" As the other negative comments already write: The manager is ONLY concerned about MONEY in this hotel!!!! They totally don't care about the guests who trusted the statement of the receptionist and already booked the flight for over 1.000,00 Euro. This flight could NOT be canceled. Even if you could not possibly bring this case to court (because we have made no records of the phone call) - for me this is a deeply immoral and unethical behavior!
