The check in was smooth & easy. The location is very convenient to Everything. The hotel itself is very clean, has a nice a**osphere, welcoming, & quiet. The ffee buffet breakfast is very nice. We stayed 4 days over Chris**as & my husband didn't miss a day. The omelet station was his favorite. We'll definitely be back!

Our room was warm upon arrival, but we had to get ready for the ball so we turned down thermostat and left. We got back hours later room was still hot so called front desk they sent 2 guys up replace capacitor said it would be fine. The room got little cooler so we went to sleep but woke at 3:00 to an oven. My husband couldn’t breathe he was stopped up went to couch we both tried to go back to sleep. Got back up at 7 went to front desk and they said sorry we will take off your parking. We paid several dollars for a miserable night. I will never recommend this hotel.

I've stayed at this hotel three times in the past year. Each time the hotel was extremely clean. The staff were friendly and helpful to ensure that we recieved a wheelchair accessible room that met our groups needs. The free breakfast inclduded omelet, waffle and hot area stations. The complimentary manager's reception was a nice addition. The pool and whirlpool area is small but was empty most times when I visited in October and Novemeber.

Property is a nicer Embassy than other ones. Everything was good except these few things: - Bathroom is old, needs to be updated - Bedding needs to be better (and it was stained even after exchange) - Some employees were rude

I would give a 5 star review if it wasn't for the omelet that I had yesterday for breakfast got me sick and ended up throwing it up. The reason I know it was the omelet is because all was liquid except for the green spinach that came out solid. Other than, very good facilities.

All in all, I'd suggest you book here. There's nothing like cleanliness and you see it as soon as you walk in. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. It's about 20 minutes from Disney, close to the chain restaurants and gas stations. Family friendly, CLEAN.

everything is good but the breakfast is terrible. nothing much to eat and the donut and cupcake is old and about car parking am Hilton member and last time i didn't pay for the parking but this time i paid i don't know how confusing this is

The water from the faucet was very bad tasting. It was a sink in our bathroom, which you could hardly function and drink from. The restaurant is not open for lunch however, a couple of great things. The bed was fabulous and the pillows. The breakfast was incredible and the staff was good. They gave us some bottles of water to help.

I love visiting the embassy suites! I visit every year during Thanksgiving. I remembered the bartender from previous years! The staff is amazing they are all so sweet and helpful. This has become my Thanksgiving tradition & I look forward to visiting in years to come!
