I was disappointed the room we were given was dated carpets were stained very badly the vents were very rusted and bottles of pee next to the trash can near the elevator. I understand it’s hot out they started landscaping blowers at 7am we were 5 stories up and it would wake us. The toilet seat kept on sliding to the right when you sat on it because it was broken. At 9:53 pm we asked for bedding for the pullout and we were told they had none available at the time. My niece got bit by a snake next to the pool by some bushes. We checked to see if the events that were scheduled were still on and we were told yes so we would end up walking there and nothing was going on. We were told that ice cream shop was open but they closed a a different times The pools were nice and other than the gal that checked us in all other staff were nice and helpful.

Very nice and clean. Busy, but people seemed to keep to themselves. Pet friendly. We stayed in the 4000 building right near everything. We couldn't hear anything outside in the evening besides the occasional dog barking and we were next to the pirate pool. There was some construction going on. There's lots to do. Bummer that it's not all inclusive. Service is 50/50. I don't expect to be waited on hand and foot, but not being able to call or know who to call when something isn't working is annoying. We were automatically texted upon check in by a representative that was supposed to handle issues. She helped the first time with a door lock but went MIA after that. Be aware they really try to push buying a timeshare. Bonus, Walmart is directly across from the main entrance. Tip, if you are visiting Disney, that Walmart had a TON of Disney stuff for a fraction of the price at the parks.

Our family vacation in Orlando was very fantastic , we love the apartments and the cleanest .I highly recommended!!! 👍

I had a great time at this resort. It was very clean and was not far away from downtown.

Beautiful property that is well cared for by friendly staff. They were very accommodating and we felt at home during our stay. I would recommend this property to families, couples, of all ages. My advice: take the swan boat ride! They’re under ten dollars and so cute, but they close at 5pm!

We had booked in advance, but at registration they seemed to be looking for a room for us rather than having one ready. The room did not seem to have been prepared for our i pm arty of 4; we had to ask for additional towels and bed linens. But staff was fantastic and responded quickly once we made our requests

The compound itself there is a lot to do, staff is friendly. The units, however… the TV didn’t work, the internet didn’t work (I put in a ticket and nothing happened) and the shower was black. The fridge and freezer had a strong bleach smell. The beds were not comfortable. The restaurant had an hour and a half wait despite having four parties there. It was otherwise empty.

When i checked in they gave me the wrong room, i booked the deluxe villa and they gave me a regular room. I had to go back and showed the booking confirmation so i can get what i requested. They did it right, but i didn’t like that i have to showed them proof, when in their end it showed deluxe villa as well. The room was perfect, enough towels, nice jacuzzi and beautiful view.

The resort itself was great. The pools and the restaurants were excellent. The room we were in was very outdated and had small televisions. Maybe if we came back we will book different room or location on property.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Our room was next to what looked like a banquet area. Not sure exactly what it was. It was very loud. Someone was scooting furniture around at 7 am They were slamming doors over & over around 6:30 am and woke our infant.

Beautiful area. Very inviting, and great friendly staff. Very safe, and have great activities for young and older kids. Very clean and comfortable beds.

Never again, apartaments only have doors and Windows right on the walking hallways, basically if your have your light on, everyone walking is seeing you through the bedroom curtains spaces. While sleeping people walkimg and talking in the hallways 1 feet from bedroom. Zero privacy. Couldn’t use the toilet half a day because a Leaking from upstairs toilet, basically I Needed an umbrella to use the toilet.

Staff were rude and performed the bare minimum. This establishment lack representation of dedicated customer service. Staff did not make you feel welcomed and made it feel that asking a question was a bother

The washer machine and dryer not working at all. I have to take all my clothes wet in my luggage. No pillows, call more than 7 times never bring anything. Bath tub dirty. Windows with missing blinds and couldn’t rest. Never change me to another room and it was so many available. Bad customer service. Never coming back and if you want to rest in a nice place. Please dont come to this one. They dont care about people, they only car about money. Worst place to go.
