Excelente todos os serviços, funcionários maravilhosos! Quarto confortável,Wi-Fi ok, café da manhã completíssimo, ótimo serviço no restaurante a noite. Ótima localização, inclusive o taxista do hotel que nos levou a vários lugares muito atencioso e ficou nos esperando em alguns lugares

Das Sarova Imperial ist definitiv ein tolles Hotel um die Zeit in Kisumu zu genießen. Angefangen bei den großzügigen Zimmern die keine Wünsche offen lassen, über den kleinen Futnessraum mit guter Ausstattung, dem freundlichen zuvorkommenden Personal, gutem Essen und leckeren Cocktails. Wir waren geschäftlich vor Ort und haben unsere Zeit hier sehr genossen. Auf dem Rooftop befindet sich die Perch Rooftop Bar, leckere Cocktails und Barkeeper welche sehr kompetent sind. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The staff at the Sarova Imperial is kind, helpful, attentive, and friendly! My name was known at meal times and my drink order remembered at the bar. Being far away from home, in a new city, I felt comfortable, safe, and confident because this hotel staff helped me with everything from travel and taxi arrangement to advice! THANK YOU!

Bed and pillows were great, clenliness and room were maintained verry good. Wifi in the hotel is excellent and reasonably quick - the rooms could use netflix or smart TV. The food is great both for breakfast and dinner, serving staff is polite and verry quick. Security staff is polite and accomodating. The 6th floor bar and terrace is the highlight of the hotel, a great place to rest, recharge and have your meals. - exceptionally friendly staff.

The hotel's location is easily accessible and safe. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The meals are fresh and very delicious. I requested for a late check-out due to a delayed flight and was granted. I've enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would not mind coming back next time.

The location of this hotel is very convenient, the rooms are cozy and clean, above all the meals are out of the world,fresh and super delicious.i really loved the tilapia and Kenyan vegetables.staff are helpful and friendly,I requested for a late check out and I was granted without a hustle,I would definitely recommend ❤️❤️

Brilliant Place always a clean and comfortable stay here. Rooms are clean. Staff is well trained and very helpful. Very decent breakfast and meals. Beautiful bar at the rooftop with lovely views. Stayed here over the past year and always a pleasure.

Well received in every way. Really comfortable rooms, great restaurant, but the highlight is the staff! Attentive, respectful, and focused to provide a pleasant experience. Top service. Certainly a place to come back when in Kisumu. Asante.

Fluffiest pillows. The air-conditioning was working optimally. Excellent service. Delicious food. Awesome customer experience. Short distance from the airport for convenience. I'd recommend it for anyone visiting Kisumu-any day.
