Awesome customer service Comfy room

Hôtel très agréable, petit déjeuner très garni.

So far great stay, the prices just change constantly

Good value for money. My room was perfectly adequate for my needs: a comfy chair with side table; a desk with two chairs; a fridge and microwave; a king size bed that was fresh and firm; old fashioned shower-tub that was clean. Breakfast is included and they served up hot eggs, sausage, chicken *****s alongside bagels, english muffins and white bread for toasting. There are even two waffle irons for make-your-own waffles. The coffee was hot and there was yogurt and juice and fruit. It's a bit off the beaten track if you are using public transit, but as I said, it's good value for money.

On the plus side: It was New Years and the room beside us was very loud. The staff was very professional and got them to (somewhat) quiet down. I hope they didn’t make too much of a mess for the staff to clean up. On the negative side: the vending machines were out of service

The room wasn’t cleaned very well. The bathroom tap was dirty as well as the bedside table. There was also screaming in middle of the night, which woke me up. The toilet was running every so often in the middle of the night also. Had a terrible sleep.
