This 349 m2, two-storey house has 4 comfy bedrooms, is well-decorated and perfect for families and friends, who are searching for something special. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 on the ground floor. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed (1.80 x 2 meters), a dressing room and a 23 m2 terrace with lovely garden views. It is a nice place to enjoy a glass of wine with your partner. The room has a porthole which you can cover. The second bedroom is also very spacious and comes with 2 twin beds. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are on the ground floor. One has pool views and a double bed. The other one, with garden views, offers two twin beds. All four bedrooms are equipped with a fan. The bright sitting-dining room is nicely decorated with unique pieces made of marble and sculptures made of stones from the Tramuntana Mountains. Furthermore, there are comfortable sofas, a huge dining table for up to 16 people, a fireplace, satellite TV and WIFI. In addition to the sitting -dining room, there is another dining room next to the kitchen and a second living room. The house has two bathrooms with bathtub and bidet, one on each floor. The kitchen has access to the garden and is well-equipped. The house features the little appliances that make a stay away from home a little more comfortable like dishwasher, gas stove, blender, iron, washing machine etc. The exteriors of the house are as well a wonderful place to enjoy your vacation: make a BBQ with friends, swim in the pool, bask in the sun or play with your kids in the huge garden (200 m2 lawn). The terrace is a nice place to have dinner or lunch together, as it is fitted with 14 chairs and a big table. In the garden are 6 sun loungers, 2 sun shades and a fish tank with a small waterfall. The 30 m2 pool (chlorine) is a real jewel! There is also a kids pool with a depth of 0.45 meters. There's one exterior shower bathroom. The house is close to the centre of Inca, where you will be able to find everything you need during your holiday: local market, surgery, hospital, restaurants, bars, supermarket, ATM, etc. Inca is famous all over the island for the quality of leather products, its weekly market (Thursdays) and its “cellers” (restaurants with typical Majorcan food). It is very interesting to visit the three gothic style churches in Inca, “San Bartolomé” monastery and the chapel of “Santa Magdalena” at the top of a hill. “Plaza del Àngel” is a bar area to enjoy nightlife in Mallorca. Alcudia Bay is just 30 minute drive and it’s more than 30 km long. You will be able to find peaceful areas as Platja de Muro and lively beaches as Puerto de Alcúdia, where you can enjoy a dinner seeing the sunset. In its surrounding you can sunbathe on the 4 sun loungers and make delicious outdoors barbecues. The privacy is absolute. The Mallorcan style construction has 2 floors. You are welcomed by a spacious living-dining room with TV, air conditioning and fireplace. Then you enter the kitchen, which is equipped with gas hob, oven and much more. Upstairs you have two bedrooms with wardrobe and a/c, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and space for a cot/cot. There are two bathrooms in the house, one is outside and has a shower and the other is on the first floor and has a bathtub. The laundry room offers washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house is located at only 1.7 km from Inca city, where you can find such a great variety of shops, supermarkets and traditional food restaurants. The outdoor areas are wonderful, including a large 12 x 5 m chlorine swimming pool with a depth of 1-2 m and 4 sun loungers, our guests' favourite place for sunbathing. A wonderful porch and a fully furnished terrace invite you to enjoy unforgettable evenings with your family. Perhaps you would like to enjoy a delicious barbecue after a long day at the pool? The property is fenced and there are some neighbours nearby. The house is approximately 135 m² on one floor and has 3 bedrooms with wardrobes, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds and air conditioning. For our younger guests, we can provide a cot and a high chair. There are two bathrooms with showers. The living-dining room, with a special character thanks to its stone wall, is very cosy and has two sofas, satellite TV and air conditioning. A second separate dining room with a large table for 8 people also has a sofa and A/C. The separate gas kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking your favourite dishes. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Located on the outskirts of Inca, this villa is ideal for those seeking tranquillity without straying too far from the town, although we recommend that you come with a car. Inca is a small town in the centre of the island with a lot of charm and a wide variety of shops, from grocery stores to clothing stores and other products. In addition, this town is known for its famous cellers, restaurants where you can sample Mallorcan specialities, and its traditional Thursday market. This market has been held continuously for more than seven centuries. The chapel of Santa Magdalena, located on top of a small mountain declared of cultural interest, and its excellent viewpoint over the island, is well worth a visit. This dapper villa was built in 1989 and has been carefully renovated in 2016. During hot summer days, you can refresh yourself in the 5mx 3m private chlorine pool with a depth of 1.3m. The pool is surrounded by a mediterranean garden with different plants, Buddha-Statues and trees, a heavenly place for making a barbecue, having a glass of wine on the terrace, taking a nap on the sofa or getting tanned on one of the two loungers. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbors. Once inside you will be surprised by the special style and care with which this house has been renovated. The living room with large sofa invites you to watch TV (satellite, but only German and Spanish channels) or to light a fire in the wood-burning cooker on autumn evenings. The kitchen and dining area are open to the living room, including a vitro-ceramic cooker and all the necessary utensils to prepare your favourite dishes. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The bedroom with double bed is furnished in a warm rustic style, offering air conditioning, wardrobe and access to the terrace. Here we can prepare a cot/crib for you if you come with your baby. The highlight is the en-suite bathroom with bathtub, as it is open to the bedroom. The other two bedrooms with two single beds each do not have air-conditioning, but they have their own style and are distinguished by the wooden headboards. The second bathroom has a shower and serves the rest of the house. A 15 minutes' drive takes you to the city of Inca with lots of services like restaurants, supermarkets and shops.
