「考慮到酒店開業不久，房間非常乾淨。員工熱情周到，樂於助人。我們被允許免費提前兩小時入住。退房後，他們還幫我們妥善保管行李，讓我們能夠輕鬆遊覽城市。可惜的是，健身房和游泳池仍在裝修，暫時關閉。如果屋頂露台能得到應有的重視和維護，它本來可以成為一個絕佳的休閒場所。儘管當晚並未下雨，人造草坪卻濕濕的，走在上面很不安全。這令人遺憾，因為從屋頂露台俯瞰週邊景色是這家酒店的一大亮點。最後，早餐還有待改進。食物種類本來可以更豐富一些。那天早上提供的「tuyo」（一種鹹魚乾）根本無法食用，客人只能在雞肉燉菜、午餐肉、鹹牛肉和炒捲心菜中挑選。」

「我們11月住在3樓的背景,早上特別熱,因爲太陽正對着窗戶。你不能忍受呆在房間裏,忍受房間內的熱溫度。晚上因爲需要打開窗戶讓冷風在房間裏流通,但缺點你可以聽到其他客人聊天到深夜的大聲聲音。即使他們在房間裏有關於沉默時間的提醒,從晚上10點開始。我打電話給接待員抱怨,但他們對此一無所知。 我想酒店管理應該考慮安裝空調,因爲我們都知道氣候變化。考慮到已經11月的碧,它不再那麼冷了。」

「Checking In: Swift and was able to check in 30 mins before 2 PM Room: About time for some renovation. The room I have booked has no view. Breakfast Buffet: Satisfying Checking Out: Took 10 minutes, they will check the room first. Overall: 4/5 Rating for me」

「This hotel has some good points: 1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests. 2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area. 3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool. However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas: 1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience. 2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved. 3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted. 4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service. We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.」
