Mooie kamer, upgrade! Weer geen Nespresso koffie machine of thee op de kamer, weer maar 1 stopcontact naast je bed! Fijne douche, dunne handdoeken. Geen airco. Rolluik dus lekker donker en stil ‘s nachts. Fantastisch ontbijt.

Ausgezeichnetes Sport- und Wellness Hotel direkt am Ende der "Streif" und gegenüber der Hahnenkammbahn. Schöne Zimmer, perfekter Wellness-Bereich, freundliches Personal und gutes Essen.

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt im Herzen Kitzbühls. Als Einzigartig möchte ich hier die Freundlichkeit und Gastlichkeit der Mitarbeiter des Hotels erwähnen- dieses erlebt man nicht mehr oft in den umliegenden Hotels in der Metropole Kitzbühel. Meinen Wunsch nach einem Zimmertausch am Anreisetag wurde umgehend entsprochen und mir ein Zimmer persönlich vorgestellt, welches meinen Erwartungen/ Anforderungen entsprach. Der Gast steht im Mittelpunkt, die Zimmer makellos sauber und ein überaus großes erstklassiges Frühstücks Büfett, regional, saisonal, abwechslungsreich. Besonders hat mich die große Auswahl an frischem Obst positiv überrascht. Die Preise an der Bar moderat, die Getränke gut gekühlt und wohlschmeckend. Die Terrasse mit den vielen Blumen und Pflanzen verbreitet eine Wohlfühl Atmosphäre und man kann in Ruhe einen herrlichen Cocktail genießen. Parkplätze sind in ausreichendem Maße vorhanden und der Hotelmanager hilft, wenn es mal etwas zu eng wird beim Ausparken. Vielen Dank nochmal. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf die umliegende Kitzbüheler Bergwelt- einfach nur schön. Den Spabereich und das Restaurant habe ich nicht besucht. Super die zentrale Lage am Rande des Zentrums. Fußläufig ist das Zentrum schnell zu erreichen. Bus, Bahn und die Bergbahn Hahnenkamm in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt und ich kann dieses Hotels mit den fleißigen, gut gelaunten und freundlichen Mitarbeitern nur empfehlen. Man spürt hier noch eine Seele im Haus. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Wir waren schon oft im Schweizerhof auf Urlaub und kommen immer gerne wieder. Ideale Lage direkt bei der Hahnenkammbahn, schöne Zimmer, guter Wellness-Bereich, ausgezeichnetes Essen und sehr bemühtes und stets freundliches Personal.

Schon bei der Ankunft bekamen wir das Gefühl so richtig willkommen zu sein. Alles war sehr persönlich von unserer Anreise bis zur Abreise. Die Tische wurden immer mit Namen angeschrieben und reserviert, die Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet einfach tolles Ambiente, das Personal einfach so freundlich und hilfsbereit wie wir es schon lange nicht mehr erlebt haben - nichts ist ihnen zu viel - auch beim zurückkommen vom Andreas Gabalier Konzert um ca. 23.30 Uhr, stand Erika da und war für uns da, damit wir noch einen Drink vor dem Schlafen gehen genehmigen konnten. Es war allem in allem einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das Essen ist sehr gut vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen, das Hotel ist top gelegen in ein paar Minuten ist man im Städtli, nahe am Bahnhof und sehr ruhig gelegen. Einfach gar nichts auszusetzen. Auch mit dem Parken in der Garage, trotzdem, dass dass Hotel total ausgebucht war, war das Personal äusserst kreativ, um uns noch einen Parkplatz in der Garage anbieten zu können! Einfach ganz, ganz tolle Leistung und wir kommen nächstes Jahr sehr gerne wieder zurück! Allen vielen herzlichen Dank für dieses tolle Erlebnis!

An exceptional stay from start to finish. The service was truly outstanding—warm, attentive, and consistently professional, making us feel genuinely cared for at every moment. The food was excellent, with high-quality ingredients and beautifully prepared dishes that made every meal a highlight. On top of that, the hotel’s location is simply incredible, offering both convenience and unforgettable surroundings. A perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and experience. Highly recommended.

We spent a week at the Schweizerhof over Christmas. The Hotel is excellently located, virtually ski in and very near the main gondola. It is also very close to the main shopping area. The hotel is very well presented, the best feature is the staff who without exception were all excellent, very helpful and friendly. The service was outstanding from check-in until the moment we left.

We went to Schweizerhof in Kitzbuhel for the Christmas period.We were greeted by a recently appointed manager who was very welcoming and professional .The rooms were very spacious but lacked a few small extras , no tea making facilities, small bath towels,to name a few but we accepted that these are what we normally receive wherever country we are in the world.The staff and the facilities like the swimming pool and spa were well catered for,the staff were all very courteous and attentive in their approach, The breakfasts were always plentiful but the evening meals were sometimes lacking, some of the portions were very small like the fish main course, soup portions very small, and you were never offered an alternative like dessert you had to ask, which really is not very good.All in all we were very satisfied all the staff were a joy, my wife and I would very much like to go back , but I think we would seek a different travel supplier than that I think take all the basic rooms that does not do the hotel justice.

Recently renovated the Schweizerhof hotel is delightful. Ideally situated opposite the Hahnenkamm cable car and the railway station. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Our room was a comfort double with a spacious balcony. We overlooked the railway and it didn’t worry us, despite having the door open all night due to the heat. We did have gorgeous mountain views as well! We had half board which was an extensive and high quality breakfast buffet and a good choice of dishes in the evening. My only wish was that tea and coffee facilities were in the rooms, or failing that, a an espresso machine and tea making facility available 24 hours in the lobby or lounge. Despite that we hope to return .

I've been here in December 2025 with a friend for a 3 days of skiing. Great location, just 20 mt away from the cable lift (2 min. walking). Room very comfortable, fantastic beds, nice Spa, amazing breakfast, reception's team super efficient. 10 minutes walking to the town center. All in all, I can recommend this hotel.

We are previous guests - this remains the best overall hotel we have stayed in as a family in all our travels in the UK and Europe. Owner and staff are always friendly, welcoming and professional. Staff will go the extra mile to make your stay the best they can. This time all our golf equipment soaked in the rain during our transfer flight by the airline - staff at the hotel sorted this out for us on arrival and dried it all out for us so we could play the next day and organised the Tirol golf card for us so we were ready to go. Very knowledgeable on all sporting activities - we also did skiing at Hintertux Glacier and hiking. Brilliantly located and amazing views. Thanks again, Dan & family.

8 years of staying in the Schweizerhof, the reception, bar and dining area have been updated since last year and are stunning. Such easy access for the Hahnenkamm bubble across the road making it super easy when our girls were little and now they can ski down straight to the hotel to swim or walk into town. Breakfast is amazing and so much choice. Rooms are spotless.

Hotel is a great alternative- location 5 - next to hannenkam ; 4.5 service , thanks to attentive ladies - atomic power of Evelyn in particular ; good breakfast, modern rooms with large bathrooms- terrace on 3rd floor. One negative note : Checkin was 15 and somehow they found not get the room ready even though I was waiting from 11 to get into the room Value -4 stars with ~600 euros per n/room for a deluxe double.

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay At the hotel. If skiing it is a perfect location to the gondola with an exceptional ski room for storage. There is a delightful spa and pool. The only thing missing is a hot tub. The rooms are spacious with a balcony. There is ample storage for clothes and ski attire. The restaurant has many unique options and everything we tried was awesome. We had half board which in breakfast and dinner. The staff is very pleasant making the stay enjoyable. It is a short walk to the downtown. The hotel also provides parking.
