Stayed for two nights. Location and the lighting of the room are good. BUT.. toilet stained with blood ( forget to take picture) and air con’ s filter filled with dust.. once we switch on AC, the dust blowed to us and sneeze non-stop. I am not allergy to any dust but my clothes got dirty and I had rash the next day.. the chair in the room has mold, very old.and dirty . lastly, they didn’t clean the room after we stayed first night.. the trash is still there and used towels are not replaced with the New one.. I am not expecting like 3-4 stars hotel but the room must be cleaned ..

We were given the keys to a room occupied by someone already… TV was not working. Had to call reception for a fix. No tech personnel on site. Reception associate had to shutdown and reboot entire floor. This did fix the problem. WIFI was not connecting half the time.

Amazing staff , front desk lady was working in all departments . We had issue with tv she fixed it , we needed towels she brought it . Only negative part is the hotel is hidden and the fog did not help

Filthy room, hair in bed, on pillowcases, and on toilet seat, mystery stains at crotch level on bedsheet, wet and yellow-stained towel in bathroom. Asked for a second room and got another dirty one. Canceled my reservation and stayed at another hotel. Took over a week of phone calls seeking a refund for them to finally tell me to do it through *******. Emails of my cancelation details never arrived. Property and facility looked nice, and the pool looked clean until I found the trash and muck gathered at one end. 2/3 of the front desk workers were very nice, but the woman who checked me in would not acknowledge my presence as I checked out, and was more concerned with hanging out with her boyfriend in the lobby. Complete mess of a business.

The staff were lovely and helpful. They took their jobs seriously and they were excellent. The hotel itself? Not so much. Strange location, homeless people in the random field next to it. I would suggest a fence built around the property.

The room was clean,the staff was having trouble checking guest in there was a 45 min wait just to have my turn then another 35 mins to process our reservation and get us a room. not sure if it was the software or the user! There was a lobby full of guest waiting and not very happy! Breakfast was supposed to be ready at 5:30 at 6:30 staff was just getting started I witness two guest just leave the Hotel,

Older property, room was good and clean. Checking in not so good, staff not very knowledgeable, computer fails. In AM NOBODY around, no coffee no food no one at their desk no one picks up the phone, people just had to trust their instincts on how to check out etc. it was BAD! But hours later a day desk person Heidi personally followed through apologizing and gave us a full refund. She said for 12 customers with similar issues the prior evening checking. They should give all guests a food credit tok because like us we had to drive elsewhere for coffee and food. Never again will we stay here. Another crummy experience in Klamath Falls! No hotel seems immune but this was the worse for us in our many trips this direction. Wyndham needs to check their assets to protect their brand.

Elevator only went to the 2nd floor (and has been broken for over a month) so we had to carry our luggage to the third floor. Our original room was not cleaned and covered in garbage so we had to take a room worse than our original reservation (suite down to 2 queens). Air from A/C unit smelled like urine (not an exaggeration). TV signal went out halfway through stay and stayed out for remainder of trip. Shower pressure was terrible and latch on faucet was broken so couldn't get all water through shower head. In-room fridge made unusual noise that continued through the night. Beds were the hardest I've ever slept on. When I called front desk with an issue, only one person was working the entire hotel so she couldn't come up to help until much later. Hotel wasn't very clean - there was a large cup filled with soda that sat in the corner of the stairwell (which we had to use to get to and from our room) throughout our entire stay.

Bathroom was a disaster...sink was stopped up, with residue in the sink from backup. Sink was cracked and cracks were dirty. Bathroom tiles were dirty around tub. Carpets were badly stained. We would never stay here again.
