Everyone who worked at the hotel were nice and polite. The rooms were fairly clean but the fold out couch had really dirty upholstery. A good cleaning or replacement is overdue. I paid 200.00/night, which I thought was too high and received one-ply toilet paper that your fingers just torn through. Did not appreciate that at all. Tissues were a bit better but not much. Bedding was passable but pillows were pretty flat. The room itself was small. I feel that these things may sound picky but for the nightly price, I expected more. The hotel also does not do breakfast which is not reflected in the higher cost. I really liked the location which was the high point of the stay.

I had drove for 5.5 hours and was super tired when I arrived there was no parking spots as one side was being repaved. totally understandable however I had to park almost a half mile at night time and walk in the street to get back to the hotel. Then wake up earlier than expected to deliver a half day of training to a major organization. The front desk person was very calm and nice so I appreciated that. However that’s not what I expected that evening.

When we checked in we went to our room and it was still not cleaned up from the previous guests. I had to go to the desk and ask for a clean room. Then in the second room I had after about 30 minutes after trying to see if it was just humid we realized the entire room rug was wet and the bathroom floor was wet. Then I went to make coffee the next morning, part of the coffee maker was missing. At check out they said nothing could be done to adjust the bill because I rented through *******!

The property was very clean & tidy. The room was nice but the layout just seems a little off. The lobby was a little warm but the elevators were like a sauna, extremely hot & uncomfortable!

Clean and comfortable! Loved everything about it.
