Arrived at the hotel late and checked in. I had two rooms and after going to our rooms the hotel carpet was not cleaned and my wife did not want to stay. We will not stay here again. The service (Grace) was great. It is just an old hotel in need of some major renovations. We ended up going to the Hyatt Place instead.

They property is absolutely beautiful and I've stayed there many of times before but this last past Saturday July 2nd 2023 was the absolute worst experience I've ever had there the lady at the front desk that checked us in at 10:56 pm was the most disrespectful person I have ever met in my entire life. There is no way she should be working there or allowed to keep working there. Even the manger that came in the next day said that other people have had issues with her so if that is the case why is she allowed to still work there. It's insane. The fact that she knows there has been previous issues and still allows her to work there seems like they all need to be fired. I will be going there tomorrow to.meet with the manager and discuss the refunds that I still haven't haven't received. I cancelled the reservation for Sunday July 3rd at 12:17am and the manager from the hotel also stated that she cancelled it also and put a note in the system to let cheap tickets know that I would be needing a refund and she told me that it would take 7-10 business days or maybe longer since it's a holiday Tuesday

Old towel, hair blower not working, wasn’t able to get full refund even given an early notice. Overall still good place to stay for a while

Front desk lady (super friendly lady) can't recall her name but she was fantastic. Breakfast yummy as well.

Great value. Hotel was much better than hotels we stayed in for similar price point. Some things we dated, not as many amenities for sure but, the staff was excellent and over the top friendly. Will stay here again.

Place needs a serious upgrade. Carpets are NASTY and stained. From the hallway to your room and in your room smells like old bar/mode. Rooms are half ass cleaned. And the beds completely OLD with no mattress protection on them NASTY talk about bed bug land

Hotel is definitely worth the price compared to others in town. Only thing is a 5 day stay did not get 1 visit from housekeeping.
