The property was fair for the price, could have been better. Old moldy smell greeted you at the front door. Try Cintas they have an air fresher service they come out and replace air greasers monthly and the air fresher need they use are effective both cost and ability to make customers more satisfied.

The check in was great but disappointed with the pool/hot tub. Got this hotel to enjoy the pool and hot tub with the kids but the pool and hot tub was disgusting. The water had so much chlorine that it burned your eyes and throat, made the kids cough nonstop. Also, it smelled like mold very badly. The ceiling is coming off from moist. Didn't enjoy the stay like planned.

The beds were very uncomfortable. My husband and I kept rolling into the middle and room had an a dirty smell. Guest service thought it was more important to be on their phone.

The entire staff is very unprofessional. The front desk ladies are rude. The rooms are poorly cleaned and not stocked very well.

Budget friendly stay for a volleyball tournament in Knoxville. Fairly outdated rooms but I’m not picky and I was very satisfied.

We checked into our room and it smelled like mold. The carpet hadn't been vacuumed. We checked our beds one had chips crumbs abd the other one had black tar like pebbles. I called the front desk and we were given another room. Immediately inspected the room...carpet hadn't been vacuumed and the shower had mold. I had pre-paid for our stay gor 4 nights. We had to leave a day early because of the snow that was forecasted. The lady at the desk left a note for the manager to see if I could be refunded for Monday night. I have checked and have not received a refund. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The lady at the front counter was very professional and welcoming. She is a credit to the Best Western franchise.

One of the most badly maintained Best Western hotels i have ever visited. This hotel has never been renovated or refurbished since the the time it was built. Expect No room service if you are staying for 2 nights. No fresh towels, no appropriate amount of soaps,shampoo and towels in the room, bathroom vent is not functioning, bathroom floors are dirty and sticky, the smell of hotel rooms and hallways are terrible. Pool water was cold and spa water was dirty and the broken step inside the spa almost cut my foot. Front desk clerks were nice, though.
