Fine hotel.

This motel is not worth it. Room was dirty, smelled like smoke (even though it’s a smoke-free room), bed was very old and uncomfortable, and the bathroom was beat up. They also offer breakfast, which they didn’t have available for our stay. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

We pulled into the parking lot for our stay, we couldn’t even get out of the car before being approached by people telling us that they had bedbugs in their two rooms.. checked out room and it seemed fine from bedbugs but had “other” bugs..

Our room was dusty/ dirty. There were roaches crawling in our sink. The television did not work. We had no hot water in the morning for a shower. We were suppose to stay to another night, but I refused. Booked this hotel through *******, and management made me go through them for a refund. I did just that!

Website says breakfast included. Pictures show breakfast. There is only coffee.

The breakfast misleading, practically non existence. The pool under maintenance never used my bathing suit with 80s temp. Got photos to prove.

The pillows was crappy! We had a king size bed with 3 little pillows, just a bit bigger than travel pillows. Other than that, everything else was good

I didn’t like that the staff was rude and that the units were I clean. The blankets had stains on them and the air conditioning systems seemed to have mold on the vents.

I have two disabled children. The first room we got the air conditioning was not cooling down the room. My son with epilepsy has to stay cool. The second room the toilet did not work so I had to take my autistic son to the hotel lobby at 100 in the morning not counting having to move all our stuff from one side of the building to the other. While moving everything my son cut his leg. The next morning we had to move everything to a third room so we had a bathroom.
