諾克斯維爾西北萬楓酒店(Fairfield Inn & Suites Knoxville Northwest)

This was the worst Fairfield I had ever stayed at. I booked all of my Hotels on this app. I booked another night went to check back in at 9AM. They charged me for a night I already paid for. They rushed me out before check out. They threw my things away because I needed to make two trips because I had a lot of bags. I will never be back here. There are better hotels in Knoxville.

Lack of breakfast items during breakfast hours. we were told breakfast is from 6:30 to 9:30 am. When we showed up at 9 am there was no milk, cereal, bread, bagels/cream cheese and empty bowls of hot items (eggs/sausage..etc). These are pretty standard breakfast items at hotels. The only items left were waffle makers with sticky batter and coffee. When asked, we were told that's all for today. They should rename it "UnFairfield Inn". Shame on Marriott to let this happen at this hotel.

I travel a lot with my family and this hotel is the cleanest room we've ever stayed in. The staff are very professional and helpful. I was actually a bit sad that we only stayed one night because we were passing through.

We stayed at a hotel the night prior. Fairfield was far superior than where we stayed the night before. The room and decorating was very modern and up to date. Very clean. Comfortable and staff was very pleasant.

Room and breakfast area were super clean. Front desk was kind, but fast. Would stay here again as a single woman.

We were greeted by kind and professional staff and although new the facility is still being well maintained and clean!!

Alijah was one of the best check in personnel I’ve ever had- knowledgeable, friendly, efficient yet not hurrying. Would choose this property because of him.

New hotel so everthing is up to date and modern. Located right off the expressway si easy access. Still puzzled why they charge your credit card $20 "just in case?" We were told it is refundable.
